This place keeps it simple...bone-in or boneless wings. They have about 10 sauces total...no need for more honestly. They have dry and wet options... my personal faves are their Original Hot and Lemon Pepper. But the winner for me is they let you combine them...if you enjoy the heat from Original Hot and love the Zest of Lemon Pepper...why not combine both?
