Fast and accurate order. My kids loved the boneless wings and of course the pizza. Breadsticks are not that great. Our delivery was quick and the driver was friendly. This will be our new to go place in Princeton. read more

As of now, we ordered a pizza 2 hours ago. It's been out for delivered for 35 minutes...the location is 1.5 miles away!

This is the last time that we order pizza from here. Pizzas are a mess, barely any sauce, and are over cooked. We gave them one last try since they had the edge pizza back, but never again. For $50 of pizza, it should have been better than this. You need to quality check your product before taking it to customers. Very disappointing! read more

I've been ordering from Pizza Hut for years and I'm in the rewards program how come I called the Pizza Hut and Princeton Drive to order pizza using my points he told me to do it online well you can't do it online because it says you have to have a $10 minimum in the pizza of course comes at zero this is the first Pizza Hut I ran into with that and I been all across the States used.Points so I called Them back he told me that there's nothing that they can do they don't even know how to ring up the order using points on the phone ....like really. On July 7th, I placed an online take-out order for a creamy garlic pan pizza fully loaded, and a small supreme pizza for pickup @3:45PM. I arrived ~ 3:35PM at curb-side and called the lobby. The young lady who answered promo promptly found my order and said it was just now popping out. A few moments later she brought my order (COVID19 safeguard compliant) to my car and took my payment. She was very cordial and professional. The order was HOT, completed as I ordered. We found it to be a good pizza. It's been years since we shopped Pizza Hut... this was a good experience. Negative 10 stars. I have been getting deliveries from this location for years. Ordered a pizza, dozen wings and a brownie. Over 2hrs later still has not arrived. Y'all I paid over $52 for this order. I call the Princeton, Tx store and their response is that's odd it went out for delivery 30min ago. I live 12 minutes from the store. I said contact your driver....huge pause ummm we don't have any drivers we can't hire anyone we use Grubhub now. They assured me I didn't get the Grubhub charge but here it is 2hrs and 15 min later. No food. Won't refund my money....said I can have a store credit or come in for a cash refund tomorrow. So now my family is without dinner after a 2 hr wait, some Grubhub driver is enjoying our dinner and I have to go to the store for a refund. WON'T BE ORDERING AGAIN!!! No customer service what so ever. If you are using an outside delivery service say so up front!!! I would have driven 12 miles to pick it up. This Pizza Hut is really just bad. The food is okay but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Consistently forgets things, especially drinks. The order I placed today arrived 20 minutes before I requested it to be delivered so it will be cold by time we all sit down to eat it. Other times it takes over an hour when they quote 30 minutes. I really wish there was another pizza delivery place nearby, because after four years, I'm sick of this one that has been messing up my orders since the beginning. read more

Welp...they did it again. Since my last negative experience I refuse to order from them again. My husband , however, still orders from them. Well NOT ANYMORE ! He ordered a stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese and only Italian sausage . He doesn't like pepperoni. It arrived, I opened it......COVERED with extra pepperoni, some sausage , and almost no cheese. He is very nice though and doesn't call to tell them to tell them they got it wrong... VERY WRONG. He says he's fine with just picking off the topping. EXCEPT ! what little cheese there is picks off with the pepperoni. It gets better. Which ever dozing dummy who made it, didn't bother to check if it was FULLY COOKED ! The dough at the bottom , and around the stuff crust cheese, was not full cooked. Now he has also boycotted them. This is bullshit. They are not cheap to begin with, and now they are inedible. So great job once again you effing Igits. Just shut it down already. read more

I really miss Pizza Hut being a full service restaurant, do we really need more carry out and delivery only places? That being said, I stopped here the other day to grab dinner. One large Pepperoni Lovers and one large pepperoni and bacon. The two pizzas were like they came from two different places. Over all the P. Lovers was really good, very greasy though...like grease leaked out of the box and onto the seat in my car! And left a puddle on the counter. But still was very good and hot, I live about 10 minutes away, just outside the delivery area. The Pepperoni and bacon, very little pepperoni, very little bacon, very little cheese. I can't even believe it was made in the same place never mind by the same person! I know this because there were only two people working and one was getting ready to make a delivery. Even the crust was not as good. It wasn't hot either. This is truly a mystery that shall forever remain unsolved. read more

Am i getting too critical in my old age, or has the quality of all fast food restaurants become totally non-existent? I had just baked a fresh focaccia earlier in the day and, rather than having my wife a large entree for supper, I decided that we would just order some chicken wings and have a simple dinner of wings and focaccia. I had already expected processed chicken nuggets for what they call boneless wings, so that wasn't disappointed in getting the pizza hut brand of 'McNuggets'. What I was disappointed in was the lack of food quality after the chicken was cooked. My wife ordered the Hawaiian teriyaki and they were fine; however, the garlic parmesan were very dry with a small puddle of sauce in the bottom of the container. There was maybe enough sauce to coat two of the chicken pieces, but the rest were bone dry. At first I thought that the container must have leaked and the sauce was laying in the bottom of the sack, but it was bone dry. I guess this store is so focused on getting the orders out in the least amount of time that they can't take the time to see if the order is ok before they send it out the door. read more

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. Horrible management! Ordered 6 individual pizzas. Realized immediately upon delivery that one of the pizzas was made incorrectly. Called this location back and management (Erika Grave) proceeded to ARGUE that there was "no record" of our order that was JUST delivered! After an hour later, our order was not expedited and we still have yet to receive the order! Ended up canceling the order as this company shows clear standings of how they do business. I'm sure the college this "manager" went to had an intuitive business management skill set that was learned with a customer problem solving resolution but unfortunately they seemed to dissolved this information as they ended up at Dominoes for a reason. read more

called the store to place my order because my address is undeliverable online (ive ordered from them before, over the phone for delivery and it hasn't been a problem) I was placed on hold after letting them know I've ordered and had it delivered from the same exact store, the young lady who put me on hold said she would check and then I was hung up on. I called back, only to be put on hold Again in the middle of me explaining to her what had happened before, I find that to be very rude. This store is located 0.9 miles from me and its the only pizza hut near me. I decided to take my business to papa John's, who delivered and they are located 0.8 miles from my home. read more

Have been going to this Pizza Hut for 8 years. It used to be consistently good. The Manager was there for a long time. The past few years, the Managers kept changing. The inside looks dirty, and the employees look sloppy. More than once I have seen employees going from the cash register to preparing the food without washing their hands. Where is the Department of Health when you need them? Also those bags they put the pizzas in for delivery look filthy. I'm pretty sure they never get washed. I've had it with this Pizza Hut. I placed my order online about an hour early. When I showed up 10 minutes early, I figured it would be sitting under a heat lamp and that they would have made it whenever they had a second and not cared about serving it fresh. I was pleasantly surprised when they told me it had just went in the oven and that it had about 5 more minutes. I paid for the order and took a quick ride around the block instead of standing in the pizza shop (small takeout/delivery only location). As I pulled back into the lot and got out of the car, I was greeted at the door with a piping hot pizza. Nice folks, and good service. read more

My family orders from this place all the time. My wife just called them to place an order for delivery. About halfway through the delivery my 2 year old daughter started to cry, and my wife asked the lady taking our order for a second while she stepped out of the room. The lady replied to my wife, "wow bitch" and hung up on my wife. The phone was on speaker phone, and I would have never believed it, had I not heard it with my own two ears. Ordered 2 hours in advance. Arrived and the there were workers milling around everywhere and ignoring the line at the counter. When soneone finally dicided to do their job and wait on us, then they all magically noticed us and greeted us like it never happened. My pizza they retrieved had all kinds of stuff on it I didn't order. They seemed confused why I was upset and started typing in something in the computer and running around. If I had time to wait for what I'd ordered, I WOULDN'T HAVE ORDERED IN ADVANCE. Pure incompetence. I also noticed, the mobile app doesn't have a "contact us" link. So...obviously they don't care.
