When my sandwich moved down to the veggie area there was a guy that said "You ordered a #23" (which is a series sandwich) and threw extra cheese on it faster than I could even comprehend what he said. I stood there and watch him "whisper" to the lady at the cash register that unless they say no charge them for it. The other ladies seemed irritated. The food came out fairly quickly but when you have to send back a simple sandwich twice to get the correct components it's frustrating. The sandwich was good and the fries a bit cold. Being it's the only game close, maybe they are just forgetting customer service? It could be that the very young staff just needs some experience.
