I went to the store letting her know I needed four pizzas the following morning no later than 10:20am to drop off at my daughter's school by 10:30am for her birthday party with her class. She said "let's make this an stress-free as possible for you, I'll put the order in to be ready by 10:15am so the person making them will be quick." I really appreciated her attentiveness & kindness. I walked into the store the following morning before 10:15am & the pizzas had just been finished. The gentleman that made the pizzas & helped me was very nice & had everything ready to go before the time requested. I was able to get to my daughter's school early & the kids loved the pizza. The service was great at this Pizza Hut-staff were polite and efficient, but the pizza itself was mediocre. I ordered the Big New Yorker with mushrooms. the mushrooms were excellent, but the cheese was not flavorful and the crust was too thick. The price was right but unfortunately I prefer paying more for an authentic pie. read more

I'd give this Pizza Hut a ZERO rating if that was allowed. I placed my order for a medium pizza on my app and the app stated it'd be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived about 15 minutes after placing the order and the woman at the register asked me what I wanted. I said I placed an app order and she asked my name. I told her and she said, "you have to wait because your order isn't ready and there are two people ahead of you." So I sat in the chair in front of her and waited. And I waited. And I waited. I then glanced at my app and it stated my order was ready, so I asked the woman (who was NASTY to other customers as I was waiting) if my order was ready (now 45 minutes from first ordering). She asked my name, again, and I told her my name again. The pizza was sitting in the warmer for a prolonged period of time (I saw the box there while I waited but had no way to know it was mine). I took the pie home and it was burned to a crisp. Bad service and bad pizza - NOT a good way to treat someone who has been a customer for decades. read more

Dominos pizza what can I say.... I have ordered from this store a few times. Twice they forgot my extra sauce that I was paid for. And twice I used a charge card. I paid cash for the tip when they delivered my order. I received an email for the price of the pizza and when I received my bank statement there was an extra charge so of course I called the store and the manager Kathy was suppose to call me back, well Kathy never did return my call. My text step was to call my charge card and disputed the charge. Shame... Would this be considered faud on my credit card?‍I would say yes. I am addicted to this chain. Is it healthy? No. Do I care? N o. I have been and always will be, a pizza hut fan. I always get the same thing..a deep dish Pepperoni. Viva Pepperoni! I must say I am convinced the creaters of Pizza Hut purposely invented this pizza to get us all addicted. It is just almost to good. So most people I know (who will eat at Pizza Hut) prefer the meat lovers but that is a bit to much for me frankly. Oh..their bread sticks are amazing as well. This hut is a bit small and more of a take out place though they have a few tables. I do prefer the larger ones where you can eat there frankly but I never say no to the hut. I hope it stays open because so many have closed all over the country. Anyway most people I know seem to be love it or hate it where Pizza Hut is concerned. I am absolutely in the love it camp. If you have not tried it, I'd say bring your appetite because it is an experience and a great one at that. read more

Don't order delivery. Go pick it up. App or website delivery times not consistent with actual times. You might age a few years before they deliver your order. I'm still waiting on an order I placed in 2017. The app still says my order is on way. It's been 2 years and still waiting. Last order driver forgot breadsticks, never came back, but still got my generous $9.00 tip. Your best bet is to pick it up. But dont get too excited. App might say pick up time in 15 minutes but go listen to some music or Stairway to Heaven a few times before you leave to pick up. By the time you get there, your order should be ready. I'm writing this as I await on another order because I had a bet with a friend that if we order at 9pm they may deliver it within the next 10 days. But I lost this bet. It took 2 hours to have them deliver the good and the location is .4 miles away from his place. Pizza Hut fooled me this time and this delivery was quick. The driver arrived with greasy hands as if he just changed the oil in his car before he made the delivery. Not food grease. Like tow truck driver gasoline hands. But the pizza was still yummy and hit the spot. Don't expect anything but a train wreck for presentation. This review is exaggerated for entertainment purposes especially the delivery times. But make sure your delivery drivers hands don't look they replaced a transmission in the kitchen before heading out for a delivery. read more

I tried Pizza Hut for the first time since living in Florida. The service was quick, I had ordered online for a small family of three... ordered a pizza, breadsticks, and a small order of wings. I would recommend just sticking with their pizza. The breadsticks were hard, and the wings were not tasty. I originally come from Buffalo New York so their wings I would not even consider chicken wings. LOL. But with their pizza, it was delicious. They are located right on Military Trail in Boynton Beach, across from the Walmart neighborhood market, and in the plaza with Burlington. The people that were working with friendly and the order was ready within a 10 to 15 minute time span. This place is mostly for to go orders. They may have had one or two tables, but I would definitely recommend ordering to go or for delivery. And once again, I would recommend their pizza above all else that I've tried on their menu. read more

I am very disappointed. I placed an order for a dinner box from Pizza Hut with the expectation of enjoying a lovely family meal. However, after waiting nearly 45 min for the box, i got a confused delivery driver at my door demanding a pen because she forgot hers. Although that's her job. Now as inconvenienced as I felt, I had to swallow my pride and ask my neighbor for a pen. My neighbor is not a lovely person. It was either that or drive to the store to buy one. After finally gathering the required materials needed in order to complete the transaction, I opened my box only to realize that they were not cheese sticks...THEY WERE BREADSTICKS. 3.5 Blah I hate feeling so fat after stuffing my face with pizza. Really, no not really. I usually eat pizza once a month if that. I'm just picky with pizza but we order it a lot for family and friend gatherings etc. We ordered from this location a few days ago since it's near our house. We weren't disappointed and our order came super hot and ready to be eaten. We ordered some thin crust pies and with different toppings it was yummy. The only thing which was lacking in one of the pies was that it needed just a little more sauce within the pizza. Other than that the employee who was handling orders etc was efficient and was talking to multiple customers etc. I could tell it was a busy location but everything was running smoothly. In the modern day it's refreshing to have this experience, even if it's "fast food pizza". Ordered wings too, they only offer one type now, thought they used to have all sorts of flavors and types... Anyways nothing was good. The wings had very little flavor, hot was NOT hot. Shout out to Liz in the Boynton Beach location. I loved the estimate of 25 minutes and after 45 you not knowing if any orders went out. I loved you telling me to call back the other manager in the morning to ask about my delivery time for that evening. My personal favorite was when you started the call screaming shut up to who knows staff or customers. An additional joy was the undercooked breadsticks. I also loved the unapologetic no surprise delivery guy. Sadly the pizza is always great. If you are the manager I think you are not ready and if you are not I think the manager that you told me to call in the morning should provide you the training that they must have initially omitted. An hour and 10 minutes later (after I had called the store to get the status with no answer and I was heading out the door to go pick it up myself) the delivery gets to my house with a cold pizza and sides. Called the store to let them know my discontent and got a very rude attitude from the lady that picked up the phone, not trying to see how she could help me but answering back to everything I said to her.
