They have a small but reasonable selection of wine, although don't always expect the server to know much about them (they all seem very young, or maybe I'm old now), "dry white" was the description for the house white and when asked if know the grapes or how it taste, "nop it's just dry I dont know anything about the wine", however saying this if I was really fussed (which I wasn't and changed to a red by then), I could have asked to try it This is a place where you need to go when your v hungary and not on a diet to fit in the full 1st, 2nd and 3rds - the experience won't dissapoint. The Rosemary bread as a starter is to die for and the vanilla gelato with expresso shot - well what's not to like, simple sweet and bitter (although also know the chocolate desserts are also worth a try - assuming you have room left) Oh and a couple more logistic points, it has a good atmosphere, they have this one (busy / trending(ish) area of leigh, essex) and another location in rayleigh Essex (this is quieter but building is a lot more impressive)

Lastly for desert i had the profiteroles the chocolate sauce over it was thick and extremely rich and the cream inside was satisfying! I've not got much of a sweet tooth myself so maybe this was a little to much for me but still delicious! The only thing that upset me was that when i wanted to give a tip both of us had forgot to bring cash and they wouldn't accept one through card. In conclusion if you love italian and great service then go to The Flying Pasta just make sure you bring some cash to tip! They deserve it.

It appeared that a the Dominos delivery drivers had stolen all available spaces for their cars. On entering the shop, I was faced with a very miserable girl who obviously didn't want to work there. I ordered my pizza and asked what chicken dishes were involved in the 2 for 1 sides deal. I got a roll of the eyes and then a pretty blunt answer. The same girl then asked her colleagues something and when he replied, she belittled him in front of everyone including the customers. I got the feeling then she was a supervisor or manager. I them was told it would take about 20 minutes. I sat down waited for my food. The counter tops were all dirty. There were dead bugs and flies also on the counter tops. People were eating their food here!! I then witnessed some people that the same girl knew getting discounts on their food. I know this happens, but don't rub my face in it after I've just spent £35 and they are getting loads forests than a tenner! After nearly 20 minutes, The computer screen then told me my food was done, 8 minutes later I actually got called over and told my food was ready. (a bit like being in Argos). The staff are friendly and polite, and will talk with you whilst you're waiting for your order.
