The food is alway hot and my order complete, this is an issue with other mcdonnalds I have visited, I have got home only to find something missing. The inside is always clean and there are plenty of tables so seating is not an issue. plenty of counter staff too to minimise delays are busy times

The range on the menu is great, I love the Palace special which has loads of topping. They are never mean with the toppings either, the pizza is really cheesy with plenty of sauce, I hate dry pizza and have yet to have one from here. it's certainly the cheapest in my local area and even with extras like starters and drinks it's pretty reasonably priced.

I realised they had forgotten the Mango Chutney, now I wouldn't usually call up and cause hassle, however I do not like poppadoms with it, so I called up and they said a driver will bring me some. So straight away I began to try my starter and side, both of which were freezing cold! Then I tried my Korma, which again, was FREEZING. So I thought, driver should be here soon, I'll tell him. The driver did not turn up for another 20 minutes, so I decided to call the store up again. As I have said, I do not ever complain, I also work in a Take-away and know what it's like. But I couldn't eat any of my food as it was cold and wouldn't warm in the oven even after 30 minutes. When I called up I explained the situation politely and calmly and was told 'Well, what do you expect me to do?!' So I simply asked 'Well is there anything you can do for me as I have just spent £14 and still have no dinner?' The man replied with 'Fine, 10% off your next order'. Which would've been £1.40! So I said that didn't seem like a lot considering I just wasted £14. So the man said 'Fine, next £15 order for £10.' Which still didn't seem reasonable as I needed dinner tonight and would still have to spend another £10. So I said 'But I do not know when I'll be ordering next' to which the man replied 'F*** FINE THEN WE DON'T WANT CUSTOMERS LIKE YOU..' And whenever I tried to speak he yelled loudly at me. I had already had a terrible day and thought I deserved an Indian take-away even though I didn't have much money, then this happened. Fair enough they did send me out my order again, by which time (an hour after that!) I was no longer hungry as I had been crying at the way he yelled at me. All I wanted was NOT to be spoken to like that and not given cold food, still have spent £14 and then told I'd only get £1.40 off my next order. I do not think anybody should order from this disgustingly rude place and think that man should no longer have his job there, or anywhere which includes speaking to the public.
