The ingredients are super fresh, and always perfectly distributed on the pizza. The crust is thin, fully cooked but also a little soft - perfection! One of the things I really appreciate and respect about Valentino is that no matter what time of day or night you visit (and we've certainly been at all times), the staff keep busy cleaning, restocking, etc. I have never walked in and seen employees standing around.
