But let me say here and now that on January 26th, on the 150th anniversary of our nation's founding, I had the worst chicken caesar salad I have ever had. To really understand this you need to know that I am 49. And that I eat in airports a lot where oftentimes the only thing to eat is a mealy chicken caesar wrap. I am familiar with mediocre chicken caesar salads. In all forms. This chicken was tougher than Nelson Mandela. They only give you plastic utensils which made this all the more apparent. The rest of the salad looked like it took silver in a speed caesar contest. Just sad lettuce with soft croutons, the devil's chicken and some drips of dressing.
