Country something or another...no time. My kitchen...thingy place...not open. Small town...not a lot of choices. There was a Sobey's maybe they have a hot table like Longo's - doubtful! Out of know where, a red tomato on a white sign - and it say's Tito's. I always thought Tito was a Spanish name...Oh well...might was well try it. Went in, nice friendly people that was as surprised to see me as I was to see Asians. Turns out even in New Hamburg, an Asian Invasion has begun...Dum..Dum..DUUUUUMMM...{add dramatic music here}! Turns out that Tito's has several locations throughout South Western Ontario. No 11-11 or 0-0-0-0 Pizza places here + no FreeSex/FreeSex on a Rainy Day either! And I welcome that because the ZA at this place puts the other too shame. Grate (see what I did there! :) toppings on a nice tasty crust. Also, I got two slices + a pop for...Check This Out! $4.50. Nope...can only get a meager cheap cardboard slice at the other places back on the Hill for that much cabbage. The delightful gal that runs the place is Hong. We were recommended this place from a friend that lives in the area and they didn't steer us wrong! The pizza was above average with average to maybe even below average pricing. We ordered 2 medium 3 topping pizzas. The pizza had a great sauce, not too salty like at some places. The crust was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The cheese was stretchy and delicious! Would highly recommend this place! We're lucky that it's close enough that we can walk to it...you know...to work off the calories before we add them right back in!

The bill of fare is pretty much limited to salads, a couple of appetizer choices, a variety of pizzas, and a handful of pasta dishes. Still, a Marco Polo pizza (roast chicken, sun dried tomatoes, feta, & basil) for me and Spaghetti & Meatballs for my spouse suited our dining preferences. My spouse had a glass of a Spanish Red with her meal, I was satisfied with just water. We were impressed that everything on their wine list was available by the glass as well as by the bottle. Also, we got some satisfaction to see Canadian, Italian, and other countries' wines with one particular exception. (As for that, take your annexation threats and stuff it where you're storing all the Bourbon that isn't crossing the border either.) For my wife's spaghetti, the pasta was fresh and the meatballs plentiful. As for my pizza, I found it flavourful with fresh Basil and the crust was thin and crisp. Portion sizes were more and sufficient as we both had something to take away. Service was quick and cheerful. The room cleared out quickly as we expect a lot of tables were headed for an evening curtain. Still, there seem to be a lot of hard surfaces and it can get a bit loud, it did get a lot better once more tables departed. While not cheap we felt we received value for money, especially compared to some of the other nearby establishments. We'll still go there but from time to time it's nice not to have to fork over 3-digits on a dinner for two.
