From start to finish, the whole experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely fun. The attendants who came out were awesome. Super friendly, communicative, and on top of everything without ever getting in the way of the party flow. They set up quickly, kept the energy up, and made sure everyone knew how to get their photos and prints. Speaking of prints--the final product was high quality. Crisp pictures, great lighting, and the prints looked seriously professional. Our guests kept talking about how much they loved them. Everyone left with photos they were excited to show off, and that alone made the booth worth it. I'd definitely hire them again for future events. Highly recommended!

Was incredibly patient with me having to go back and forth about booking due to funding for my work holiday party wasn't secured. Was glad we were able to book them, the set up and options were nice. My only caveat was that I've done other 360 booths where the camera/video shows that it spins one way then swings back the other way with different slowmo for a cooler effect, but their video just swings around and slows down at some points. I'd like to especially call out Jason for communication that was seamless and prompt, making the planning process stress-free. That said, I am huge stress queen! But they were so nice, so kind, and so responsive to me even when I admitted I was maybe panicking for no reason about this or that so I need to shout out that as far as events go, QPP GETS IT. They get that events are supposed to be special, they get what makes an event go from good to GREAT, and they want to help you make it happen. I've rented popcorn and cotton candy machines from them and they are just as nicely taken care of as the folding chairs and tables. I love that! One to share one thing in particular that made me just want to cry with how grateful I was - the hosts I was helping coordinate an event for didn't realize that they had ordered 60" tables (even though it was right there on the invoice and clear - they admitted fully this was their fault for not reading). Jason was able to have his assistant Ruby meet me last minute for extra-large tablecloths when we realized the cloths we had would be too small. On top of that, Jason gave me a great discount even though the issue was totally my or the hosts' fault. That is just one example of superlative service and a company that thinks more about making your event great for you and your guests more than making me pay out the nose for a silly mistake. On top of that, the quality of their equipment and rentals was top-notch, perfect for making any occasion special. Their prices are very reasonable, offering superb value for the quality of the product and service they provide. Local delivery to Benicia was very reasonable and I loved getting a discount for being a repeat customer. Highly recommended!

This is a local small business, not a franchise or big business so they may have less scheduling availability than some others so I'd book early as possible. Another plus, the price was lower than other quotes I got for a similar package. We ordered a custom backdrop and she worked so hard to ensure it arrived on time and looked good. Double checking formats, late night reviews, and steaming the banner the day of... Rebecca went above and beyond. Our guests had such a great time taking pictures, from young to old, solos to big groups. It was perfect for our reception to get people acquainted with each other in a fun no pressure way. And we had some tech issues with our event so it helped keep guests engaged while we sorted out the laptop on our end. I ordered the custom backdrop, unlimited print on site photos, and the red carpet add on for 3 hours for around $825. Every thing was worth it! I will definitely be keeping my backdrop and using this service again. 10/10 would recommend
