I went in for my newly scheduled appointment, and was told after waiting about 7-10 minutes that there was no appointment on record for me. I finally got my time in the studio and my photographer was AMAZING! I don't want to lie about his name, but he was the only cool white guy there, and had just returned from Europe doing photography there. The pictures came out amazing on screen. Here is where things start to go sour again. My sales rep, Lisa, was NOT the real deal! Her service wasn't very proper to be working in a photo studio. I have had better service at Portrait Innovations (family pictures taken as recent as in November 2011) and Olan Mills. From recommending a better finish on pictures, to being patient with selecting pictures, to helping with order sheets and the order process in general (including delivery and pickup of pictures), things should be revamped, or maybe the rep retrained. Anyway, today is past the 2 weeks for my pictures to arrive, and I will be calling tomorrow to check on the status of my order. I can only hope that the service over the phone will be better and that my pictures are here sooner, rather than later.

Celebrations of Tampa Bay made our beach wedding all the more memorable and special. From the…read morestunning aerial drone shots to some of the most lovely/personal moments from our special day captured by our incredible videographer (Randy), we were beyond thrilled with the videography from our wedding. We were even more excited when we received the email notifying us that our condensed/highlight wedding video was available (less than a month after our ceremony!). The highlight and full-length videos were wonderfully put together, and brought tears to our eyes. Needless to say, we were blown away by the results. On top of being an incredibly nice person and fun to interact with throughout the day, Randy's videography truly captured the spirit of the day. I'm going to begin by saying that my review is only effective 11/30/2024. We have been coming to…read morethis particular studio at least twice a year for the past 9 years. Even though many shoots didn't go exactly smoothly, their photographer and manager Tyler who has been photographing my daughter since she was born, always made it right. Well, we had an appointment scheduled for today at 8:00 pm which was the last appointment for our holiday pictures with our new adopted dog. I never got a call confirmation a day before which is usually the case so I called them at 5:30 pm to make sure the appointment is confirmed. The representative I spoke with was extremely rude, put me on hold and when I asked for her name, she refused and when I asked to speak with her manager, she hung up on me. I called back and addressed her nasty attitude and unprofessionalism with Tyler. I asked Tyler if 8 pm is still good and she said that she will speak to her employee about the situation and we are good to come at 8 pm but she mentioned that they are very busy and running an hour behind. We arrived at 8:10, when checking in and people still sitting there in the waiting area, the associate told me that they are done for the day and we are 10 minutes late so they cancelled our appointment. I explained to her that we came from 30 mins away and when I called 2 hour ago, her manager who apparently left told me that they were running an hour behind. Not only that, by how is it you cancel our appointment without notifying us? She proceeded to tell me that they are all caught up and that they put their cameras away. So I asked her when she put them away, at 8:05? And she said yes, mentioning that they only give 5 minute wait courtesy and that appointments are only 15 minutes which is completely false. She then told me to wait, and came back in 5 minutes to tell me that she can't take us. The associate who was rude to me on the phone proceeded to interrupt and say that we were supposed to be 5 minutes early and they called yesterday and left a message. Another complete lie. No calls or messages. To say that I'm in shock is an understatement. I have never encountered such terrible service in my life. It's uncalled for and extremely disrespectful. My dressed up family had to turn around and go home without our celebratory photo shoot, my dog anxious and my daughter upset. Shame on all of them. I will never again give them my business and I'll make sure to let corporate know how they treat loyal customers. Save your money, dignity and time and go elsewhere. Even a great business can lose its reputation, compliments of incompetent staff.
