It has more of a full cocktail bar with specialty drinks, and of course wine. Before 7 pm only cheese or charcuterie plates are available. A Mediterranean small plate menu is then served. The hummus plate was more than plenty for two and was accompanied with a basket of chips. The second dish was described as a samosa. It was a large phyllo dough pocket filled with meat and grilled vegetables. Service was great. Having that employee that's nice and speaks better English than my French was fabulous.

The food was very pricey so we skipped that. The view was stunning, the atmosphere was very relaxed but nice, and staff was kind. There was just enough protection from the wind which was great considering it was October and a bit cold. No reservations are available and at this time of year we didn't have to wait at all. It did get busier closer to 11pm. Great experience, would recommend to anyone staying in the area. And definitely make sure you are there at the top of the hour for the Eiffel Tower lights show.
