After discussion it was determined that I would take a yard of triple mix and 2 yards of mulch. However when delivery day came, I had to call as I had heard nothing and spoke with Andrew. He told me he would talk to Alex and someone would get back to me. That never happened. I called again around 5 o'clock and I was told they MAY be able to deliver it two days later. I told Andrew I was very disappointed and he could forget the order as we had waited all day. No apology, just responded with OK. What a waste of a day as we were totally ready for them. Please note their price for triple mix is almost double of competitors. My advice to Alex.....get a new partner!

I have known Alex…read morethe owner in a number of different capacities over the years, and I find him to be a man of integrity and runs his business that way too. I purposely choose to use Natura because of this. I had a small issue this year and a brief talk with Alex cleared it up. I recommend Natura
