We've had our boat at this marina for over 15 years, and unfortunately, the condition of the premises has continued to decline year after year. The security gate is constantly broken, the docks are filthy, parking areas are littered with leaves and trash, and weeds are severely overgrown. There are abandoned boats with trash piled on top of them, and garbage stacked along dock walls -- it's honestly unacceptable. Despite numerous complaints, we're always told that something will be done, that they're working with boat owners to clean up and register boats. But when we return, nothing has changed. There's been frequent turnover with the harbormaster, and each new person seems to care less than the last. The current harbormaster is especially rude and dismissive of concerns. Meanwhile, they continue to raise our fees every year with no improvements in return. We've stayed this long simply because the location is convenient for us -- but it's time for us to leave. Every year the conditions get worse. On our dock, only 5 or 6 boats remain, even though there's space for 20-30. That alone speaks volumes. We do NOT recommend renting a slip here. read more

While working in the maritime industry, I visit many marinas. Pittsburg Marina is the most well run marina I have been to. Kudos to the Staff, who are always friendly, eager to help and quick to come up with an easy solution, no matter the issue. They seem to have the system down! read more

This is a great city owned Marina, The staff is top notch and they do everything possible to keep you happy. Great Morris rates I brought my boat down from Seattle and I'm about a $110 cheaper. Unless you're a city official then O my God the prices are outrageous leave the prices alone. The lady in the office is a ram sunshine big smile that brightens everything up you tell her that something needs to be fixed their right on it. Nice as long as the City cleans up the area on a regular basis, garbage and especially the DOG PARK that gets neglected on a weekly basis ! Remove DOG POOP STATION WASTE on a daily basis. Please DO BETTER! read more

I had a sailboat docked here for just over four years, and it was a flat out great experience. Wonderful service from the front desk, the most beautiful view you could ever ask for, and a knowledgeable staff that takes great care of the place! If you are looking for a place to dock your boat, I highly recommend this Marina and I hope to be back soon! read more

The marina is sooo relaxing at night.. the boats are all lined up and neat looking. The water smell is soo refreshing and the sound of the mini ripples hitting the rocks are awesome . I only go at night because i dont like to see the slums hanging around in the daytime. And at least at night you cant see them. read more

The cheapest fuel on the Delta. We never pass the marina if we need much fuel. The staff is also very experienced.

Great place to have a drink at the bar or spend the night on your boat in the marina.

Cheapest gas in the bay or delta. Great docks. Close to food. Check out the world famous bean dip at New Mecca which is only a short walk up the dock. Van and his crew run a tight ship. If it's windy and you need a hand, just call ahead--they'll be there to catch lines. Don't forget to prepay for the fuel--don't swipe your card in the pumps....they shut off at $150 and the second swipe will get you a locked down card and a call from your bank!! read more

It's hard to find any reason this marina wouldn't be a 5 star. Great docks, wi fi everywhere, clean restrooms, best fuel prices in the bay! Plus lots of good food within walking distance. Oh yea, Elks lodge a block away, nice dog park. Stay here up/down bay. read more

This place is very clean and the staff is friendly. I used the guest dock numerous times to keep my boat overnight for early morning fishing starts. The slips a well maintained and safe with gated entry a security cameras. I feel safe to keep my boat here overnight for days on end. They are open 7 days with gas available from 8:30 to 4:30 everyday. read more

We have a 46 foot Maxum... We motored in on Thanksgiving day. We had pre-coordinated with the Harbor Master and knew the Marina was officially closed for the day but we were welcome to stay if needed. We checked it out, walked around the community and decided to come back a few days later on our return trip from the Golden Gate. And, that's what we did. And, glad we did too. The Pittsburg Marina is simply excellent. Very clean. New... superb facilities. Good dock power. Good water. Safe, easy to maneuver docks... Good people - we met quite a few folks in the Marina and foujnd everyone pleasant and inviting... Even the local community was a pleasure... We had dinner at the local Brew House Pub, then enjoyed one of the local bands at the pub next door... all in all a very good weekend. We will be heading back to Pittsburg soon and recommend it everyone. read more

Rip Off!!! Pittsburg Band Members decided on there own to charge twice the amount for parking. It was posted on the pittsburg Sea Festival web site that parking was $5.00. When we got to the parking lot we were charged $10.00. I told the lead band member that parking was advertised at $5.00 . He let us in at $5.00. Everyone else was charged $10. 00 for parking unless they reminded the lot attendance it was $5.00. I told a woman she was overcharged and she went back and asked for her $5.00 back. The attendant(band member) told her that she was told by another person and that she had not seen the pricing on the website so therfor she could get no refund. if you see this, complain as well, to the Pittsburg Band Teacher. Oh yes the cops in pittsburg were told, and they just said sorry. The schools in Pittsburg teach, it is ok to rip people off, just do not get cought. Then the cops back them up by not responding. I will never let my family and child near the Pittsburg High schools. totally Un-ethical. read more
