Because there is not a proper table, you have to rest your forehead on a tall, stiff pillow and that gave me a headache for the first half. My husband's was bad. It was as if the woman had never given a massage before- didn't walk on him and just kind of randomly tapped at him. We had both asked for medium or hard pressure. On the way out, we did see a sign saying that they don't do deep tissue anymore and if you request it, you should pay more. We hadn't seen this sign before, but it seemed kind of odd.

I'm hesitant to post this review because I don't want her to get too busy for me (ha ha), but she definitely deserves this 5 star review. I have rheumatoid arthritis and I'm constantly in pain. One day I was in unusual pain and I did a quick search for masseurs in my area. It was 5pm and I was able to book my appointment for a 6pm appointment that same day. Amazing! Sea Breeze Massage is located inside Salon Suites , near FedEx in RSM. When you walk in, you'll see a bunch of singular offices. Just walk straight and she's on the right side. Her door will be open and there will be a sign as well. Free parking is available in the shared lot. I told Kanlaya that I wanted medium pressure, and for the entire hour, the pressure was absolutely perfect. I got the Swedish massage for 1 hour and it cost $95, which is on par with other masseurs. Kanlaya is small, but mighty! She knows how to get into every nook and cranny and smooth out all of my knots. I felt so much better and completely relaxed after my session. Not only is Kanlaya an experienced masseur, but she is also very calm, sweet and kind. She welcomed me with her warm smile and only spoke when I asked her questions. Many masseurs talk to you throughout the session, but she created a very calm and relaxing environment. I can't tell you how excited I am to have found her. She will be my go-to masseur moving forward!

**Canyon Massage Therapy: Where Healing Meets Soul**…read more I connected with Imelda during a conversation. I just thought, cool. A basic massage, I'm game for that. Was I wrong in that thought? Not really at the time. When I entered Canyon Massage Therapy, that immediately changed. What I did not know is I needed more than just a massage. Keep reading please.. If you're craving a full body reset wrapped in warmth, intention, and real connection, Imelda at Canyon Massage Therapy is the truth. From the moment you walk in, her energy hits different. Imelda doesn't just work on your muscles, she listens with her hands, her eyes, and her spirit. Her attention to detail is next level! Every movement feels custom-built for your body, like she mapped your tension before you even spoke. And when she *does* speak? That soothing voice could calm a thunderstorm. It calmed the raging internal storm I have been carrying. Imelda can explain how. My Quick Take: The conversation flows easy. Unforced and gently grounding. Her eye contact is pure presence. You feel seen, not scanned. Her touch? Therapeutic poetry. Gentle where you need it, deep where you don't even know you're holding tension. And the vibe? Comforting, clean, and full of care. No fluff, no rush, and simply put - just real healing. Imelda's got that rare gift: she makes you feel safe enough to let go, and strong enough to walk out renewed.
