That's why, even if AM-PM is a 30-minute drive away from where we live, we would make an effort to visit their shop to give our car a good wash. The boys at AM-PM are very quick and efficient. Three of them work on a single car and each guy would position himself on one part of the car and would focus on cleaning it. They do have a clear division of labor. Each ensures that a customer's car has been washed thoroughly, the tire black has been applied properly, that the interior has been vacuumed, the surfaces have been wiped of dirt, and the mats have been dusted off. When they are finished, they would place rubber mats on the floor so customers won't step on the puddle of water that resulted from the wash. We get to avail all of these for just Php80! If you want to pamper your car, better bring them at the AM-PM Car Wash and get good value for your money.

Fast forward to a year later, I'm one of the regulars that line up their cars to be washed. Their carwash process has a part that's automatic. You go through an apparatus that sprays water and soap to your car. The rubbing, rinsing and drying is done manually by the employees, of whom I highly commend. They are very friendly and maasikaso. I always have the habit of having a one look over the car after they finish.. and when I point out things I'm not happy about (usually wet nooks and crannies), they fix it and adds a little more like applying scratch remover on a micro-scratched surface. Car wash package starts at 175php which includes the car wash, vacuum, clean up of the interiors such as the dash and carpet. Along Saudi Arabia in Better Living Subdivision where I live, there are four or five, including one right in front of the house I'm renting. Since I do need to have my trusty Suzuki APV washed and cleaned every once in a while, I've tried almost all the car wash shops. SLIK Automotiv is the one I like best. The boys there seem to go the extra mile to make sure that when they're done, the car owners leave with a smile. They may be fast, but they're also efficient. I visited the place a couple of days ago, and as usual there was were no shortage of customers there. By comparison, the other car wash shops were only servicing one or two cars. I haven't had any auto detailing done yet, just regular washes. I may give their detailing service a try sometime soon. The staff is friendly and HONEST. I cannot even count the times I've gone in to my car to find 5 pesos to 200 pesos sitting on the passenger chair that I'm sure they found under the seats. They've found and returned SIM cards and a 300 peso load card, all of which they place on the passenger seat when the car wash is done... Kudos! It's not just convenient because it's right outside our village, but the service is wonderful. It can get busy during the rush hour, which I believe is a sign that they have good service, since most gas stations have the same rates. Despite the rush, they gladly offer to check on the coolant and water level of my car, clean the windshield, and check on the tire pressure. Props to our favorite gasoline boy Jonass (yes double S).

Elite has the standard options for car wash - exterior wash + interior vacuum, waxing and detailing options, paint seals, and much more. They also have an al fresco waiting area, which have a few tables and chairs for people to do some work or just hang out. I always sit right next to the outlet (there's only one that's available), so that I could charge my phone while waiting. The best part about waiting here is that they have free WIFI, though the service isn't that fast (who cares, it's free!). They also have snacks ready for purchase. Being really hungry at the time though, I ordered an Elite burger. It wasn't anything special, but it really hit the spot for me that day.
