    windshield was not working and needed my car the next day. brought the car at 10:00 and got it back at 15:00. staff friendly and competent!

Ich bin jetzt zum dritten Mal hier und keiner der Garantiemängel an meinem Fahrzeug wurde behoben. Nicht mal die blöde Plastikklappe für Frischwasser und Strom wurde gemacht. Dafür würde der Ölwechsel für 466!!!!!!!! Euro gemacht. Das ging. Einem Termin zu bekommen dauert Monate und dann wird die Arbeit nicht erledigt.

It is the classical old fashioned German garage , where you are disturbing the employees if you need something and if you dear to ask for service for your own money you should be eliminated. I came to the Audi/Wolkswagen Centrum with my Audi 6 to repair the cruise control that stopped functioning after 2 years, (where is the famous Audi quality). It started that you come to a service and you have to park far away. I waited more than 15 min till somebody from the 11 people sitting at their desks and busy with their keyboards noticed my existence. It is the feeling that they play some race game and if they will make a pause they will loose the score. They have a good solution, there is a secretary that makes you coffee and serves a bretzel from yesterday. After that they only wanted to set an appointment and send me home. I insisted that they at least check what is the problem and after half an hour the verdict came stuergeraet fehler as if would not know. There is still one week of Guarantie but they insisted that Audi will not necessary take over the costs. We will see. Yesterday I gave them the car and they told me that it will take a few hours and I can have it by lunch. Around 16:00 I got a call that it will not be ready as they still have to runs some measurements. I could not understand why they do not perform that now. You can imagine the answer Mangel am personal as the mechanic had to leave at 3 PM , probably to watch some TV show. Tody I called them in the morning and they started to mumble that it make take more time. I just informed that I will pick up the car at 12:00 It always amazes me how in these big places they have huge amount of people, but never the mechanic. Why is it different in the small , family run places where the owner is the Meister and you feel welcome.

Had it for another week or so and the transmission decided to go out. No big deal. Gave it back to service center for them to fix because it's part of the 1 year warranty. After about a month with no update about how long it's going to take I decided to get involved in trying to see how long it's going to take. They said they had ordered the wrong parts and that they had no idea when the new parts would be ordered/arrived. Chased them around for another few weeks trying to get answers then they finally said they ordered the transmission but had no idea when it would arrive. Another couple weeks goes by they finally get the part then tell me they don't know when it will get fixed because they weren't going to fix it in there shop due to being busy. Mind you I've been waiting 2 months at this point. Another week or so goes by and they just keep stringing me along not knowing how long it's going to take yada yada yada. They finally tell me it's at a different shop and the maintenance has started. More issues with the vehicle and doing quality insurance drives. Finally after 2.5 months. I get the call that it's done. I go in to pick it up. A nice lady is helping me and then Edward Armstrong walks in. He's being very aggressive with me for no reason telling me that if anything else happens with the vehicle to take it elsewhere. That's not the deal. I have a 1 year warranty with them to fix it is what I said. He decides he wants to square up acting like he wants to get physical and aggressive trying to tell me how to be a mechanic. That's not my job. The individual finally walks away. The nice lady at the counter had no words. By far the worst customers service I've ever had. The worst I've ever been treated at a place of business. I go back in to give them the courtesy vehicle keys and ask for this individuals name. He comes flying in acting aggressive again like what did he do wrong. I tell him. Tell him it's the worst customer service I've ever had. He continues to be disrespectful and smug about it and walks away. Absolutely flabbergasted that this took place.I would not recommend using this company for a used car.

    I had called a few shops and needed to get a full set of tires on my car and quick. The tires are…read morelarger SUV tires and I wanted something quick and convenient to the Air Base and on the West side. Of all the shops I called, they were the nicest, most accommodating and the price was nice. I had replaced the same size tires and a similar brand (not Chinese tires) three years ago and paid much more per tire. They had it done in under two hours and the car rides amazing. The guys also knocked out a 35 point inspection to give me a little peace of mind that my aging SUV is still rocking solid!
