PISCINE PERRIN HAS the worst customer service ever. Myself and a few other people I know asked to have our pool opened and it was such a nightmare! They do not show up when they promise to and you have to keep on calling them to ask them when they will come. If you don't, they will most likely not come at all.
In my case it took me over 3 weeks to have my pool opened when it's something that should have been done in 3 days. My pool turned green three times in the meantime where I then had to pay extra money to get shock treatments.
Their service is horrible. They do not answer your emails, they say they will get back to you and they don't.
Save yourself a lot of stress and use Club Piscine or Albatros. read more
