The swim instructor, Manuela was great and after only 3 weeks, my daughter was more confident in the water and having a grand ol' time. The Rari bar is great for a nice relaxing lunch. Definitely try the pollo al curry con riso basmati (curry chicken with basmati rice) as it is to die for and the apple cake is divine! They also serve Stickhouse gelato bars that are made with fresh fruit (€2.50-3.00). The aperitivo is not an apericena, so don't go expecting pasta or rice dishes. They mostly serve olives, cheeses, interesting spreads, bread and hard-boiled eggs. The reason they are always packed is not for the abundant food but for the fantastic location. What better way to spend a summer night than enjoying a drink under the stars while admiring the beautiful views of the Arno river.
