I had to ask multiple times to make sure that all surfaces are wiped and always was told that if I don't like something I can look for another company. The cherry on the top was this New Year eve when I was notified that my regular time is not available and they can come at 8 am or at 2 pm - none of those slots worked because it is a holiday.
