Extremely apologetic for their inflexible store policy, but ten "I'm sorry but it is company policy ..." is not customer service. They would not know customer service if it bit them somewhere. While it is very convenient to our home in North Litchfield, I will drive right past this place where "Company Policy is always right." and tell anyone who asks to drive on past this place. read more
