We recently decided to install a brand new ensuite bathroom into our master bedroom, which involved fitting a new shower, basin and toilet. To do so meant running a new water feed from the existing bathroom and installing a new soil pipe to the front of the house.We obtained a number of quotations for the project and decided to use Pipe DReams Plumbing Services for the work as they seemed the most reliable and provided a very fair and competitive quote. The quote we received was very detailed and concise and allowed us to tailor the work to our specific requirements.Work began on time and I was impressed with the quick progress, the workmen on site were very tidy and even my carpets were protected with a special film that meant they were not ruined! Bill kept us up to date with how the project was progressing which meant we could plan the things we decided to do ourselves accordingly (like painting!!). I had a small box room converted downstairs inrto a Cloak Room with a Shower, Toilet, Basin, Tiling and Electrics. They were excellent in explaining how the work would be completed and time frames for work. The quote was detailed and re-assured us that they knew what they were doing. Compared to other quotes received, it seemed average cost. All through the work they were professional, polite and helpful. They were polite, helpful, punctual and professional in their dealings with ourselves. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We felt the price was fare compared to other quotes for moving a radiator and installing two new radiators also. Overall they were value for money (although we did get cheaper and more expensive quotes) but they made us feel that we would get a good job completed and they provided contact details for other customers that we could talk to. Bill and Martyn fitted a new Hot Water Cylinder for me, when mine rusted through. They were very polite, clean and tidy. I thought thr price they charged was very good condidering they had to take the cypboard apart to take cylinder out and fir new one, then rebuold cupboard. Very helpful, punctual and competative. read more
