Suzanne and Derek were both courteous and help. Never purchased windows before, but they made it easy to understand.

The folks at Pioneer glass are simply terrific, and they're more than just glass, they do all sorts of handyman sort of jobs, too. They're well priced, friendly, very reasonable, arrive on time when they told you they'd arrive, and are meticulous in the work they perform. I don't write many reviews, but when a company is as good as Pioneer Glass, with the great work they do, I felt like I had to. If you're looking for a company to do windows, mirrors, any glass work, or even general handyman stuff, Pioneer glass is the place to go! read more

Showed up drunk, measured the windows wrong and was also drunk. Cut the frames to my window to fit the windows that they ordered took forever to get them to finish. read more

I used Pioneer glass for my business 13 years ago. They were great. I went in to get a quote on a window to get replaced. The office reeked of heavy cigarette smoke, a twisted ice tea sitting on the front desk (starting drinking it when i walked out the door at 10:50am), a sleeping bag on the couch in the front room, and the floor didn't look like it's been vacuumed in quite some time. I was told they would call me with a quote. In the meanwhile I went to Jackson glass to get a quote. I was quoted right then for $190. I received a phone call back with their quote later in the afternoon for 425+ Poor business reputation and so over priced. Won't be using them in the future. read more

Quality work. They replace two of my windows and they look great. Also sealed up another window. Great people

My mother-in-law contacted Pioneer Glass to get an estimate on windows and some dry rot on her house, they kept rescheduling the appointments after she had been waiting for them to show up and after four times of them not showing up and them rescheduling, they just never called her again! Horrible Service! read more

This might be a good place to have stuff done like screen door repair providing it's a custom door that you can't buy anywhere else. Otherwise it will cost you over three times what it would cost to buy a new one. I had been told to not drive up in any vehicle that looks like money. I can see why. I just ended up getting screen and doing it myself for a MINOR FRACTION of what they were to charge. AND they didn't hav anything close to what I was wanting or looking for. So I went into town and bought some good metal screen for 12 bucks and spent a half an hour and all good for many more years. It pays to know what you are buying and leave the Mercedes at home. read more

I had some shelves made here and they turned out nice. They also replaced a window at my home for me at a reasonable price.

Excellent work. Definitely use them again. Derek and crew were professional, clean, on-time and did great work on replacing a window as well as replacing the glass in a sliding door. Put new runners in the door and now door slides like its on ice. read more

We had a stuck sliding glass door, and company on the way. They came out within a half hour and the door now slides better than ever. Thanks! read more

Recently had Pioneer glass install a floor to ceiling glass in my shower. Installation was on time and without a flaw. Thank you Derek
