Wow that speaks volumes especially if you know Britt she is very particular. So I was so happy to get an appointment within days in the evening for me and my husband. Mr. Vargas is very professional and we appreciated his frank advice as well as our taxes done within the hour. It was truly necessary we got advice on our changing needs as we just bought a home that is being built out of state and we had questions on taxes and residency. Probably the best experience I have had with an accountant doing my taxes ever. My husband and I are very happy. Now as for Britt Z. They had done our taxes for several years, and during that time I ended up paying fines and interest to the IRS 2 years after because of error on my tax. Another time I ended up paying a $1000 more to IRS which they refunded Because of errors again. They are unresponsive, I would never recommend anyone use their service. read more

I reviewed Pinnacle Taxx Solutions in April or so after they had done my return and I was impressed, but it was nothing like how I feel now. I got a note from the IRS asking for some information. Terrible experience. Requested only 2022 Taxes but was convinced to re-do the 3 previous years with the incentive of receiving a big return since my taxes weren't done correctly. Amended returns cost quite a lot and in the end I didn't receive a penny for the 2 years of amended returns. A letter from IRS clearly stated that my claims were disallowed! My calls and emails to Gino went unanswered. All in all- It is a scam so stay away! read more

Gino is our family tax accountant and he always do a great job. He gives us advices with everything tax related. If you are still not comfortable with face to face or not able to go into his office, he can ask you to scan and send all your tax documents to him and he'll do taxes for you. First off, I want to start by stating that taxes are important. Word on the street is that if they are done wrong the IRS can be calling you with audits and craziness. The experience of Pinnacle Taxx is GREAT. Its so simple, call them, book an appt and then just show up. Once you arrive, you're greeted by two pleasant ladies. They speak to you, offer you coffee and then they check you in. Once you're checked in Gino than brings you into his office to than start getting the ball rolling. Once the ball is rolling, you can sit back, eat some chocolate (they have THAT GOOD GOOD HERE) sign off on your taxes and then you're good to go about your day! I dont know how in the world this company gets any good reviews...Our experience was way less than professional. They were retained to assist in a IRS matter...their failure to respond to the IRS agent caused a levy to be placed. They, for approximately 10 weeks did not return texts, emails or calls. We had to drive 4.5 hrs 1 way to literally go to the office to get someone to respond. AND after we did connect they still have done nothing they were retained to do! read more

This was the WORST experience I ever had with any accountant. I generally don't write bad reviews but I wanted to warn everyone else and hopefully this will encourage them to re-think how they serve their customers. I was referred by a friend and made initial contact in February this year to have them do my tax return both business and personal. I contacted them in a few weeks to discuss setting up my QB and it took them over a week - 10 days - to even return my call. All I heard was that they were busy due to tax season and reassured that this will never happen again. Even though my intuition told me otherwise I gave Gino another chance and would you not believe it - after sending important documents for my tax return never heard back - again - after sending 2 emails and leaving 2 VM! Finally I got a call back by an assistant after almost 10 days of sending an email who told me that they were closed. At minimum they should have had an outgoing messages to explain that the office was closed.. not to mention I never heard back that my documentation was received even if they were closed. I also had to repeatedly ask to send me a proof that the extension was filed - never received it. This is completely unacceptable needless to say I had to find another accountant. A lot of aggravation and wasted time. Do yourself a favor and hire somebody else if you want to avoid a headache and poor customer service and lack of care for customers - you would think that they would go above and beyond for a new customer. read more
