I would never ever recomend this system to any body. for soo many reasons the first being, they are so unorganized I have called in every week (because I was meant to get a call within 2 days) and no one has a record of me calling on issues with my account. I was doing renoavtions on my house and they said its best to get it installed right away. Even though the sensers they will put in will be removed right away, since I was getting all new doors)I haven't been able to use my system for 3 months and the first person I talked too (that no one has record of ofcoarse) said I would get my money back. The second person said I wouldn't EVEN though I haven't even been able to use it, I have to pay. which does not make any sense at all. I wanted to cancel the system. I had to pay a $25 trip fee for the guy to come out. 3 1/2 hour drive to my home. When he got here, he thought he was reinstalling the sensors. He was supposed to be there to cancel it. Which he couldnt cause again when he called First Alarm, they said they have no record of me calling in. Like seriously my phone bill shows me calling in 6 times, and none of them have record of me calling in. How is that possible if someone shows up to reinstall the system. I need a security system that can secure me from an alarm system that steals my money. What kindof security system is so disorganized but yet thinks they are reliable and will protect your home.. like seriously First Alarm security IS NOT the first alarm system I would ever recomend think of, hell they wont even be on my fucking list. They are the FIRST ALARM SYSTEM I HAVE EVER HEARD OF THAT SCREW YOU OVER AND STEAL YOUR MONEY. talk about feeling secure. read more
