I was able to book a condo on the 7th floor thru VRBO, American Family Vacations LLC. and WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED! Our price during PEAK season, CHEAPER THAN ANYTHING IN THE AREA OR SURROUNDING AREAS!!!

Yes, there are stairs, but so worth it!
Elevators are noisy, but can't hear them from our room.
Open door, to the left is beautifully decorated bedroom with TV, and walk in shower bathroom, outstanding view of ocean! Towels, washcloths, and a surprise closet full of beach supplies left by previous occupants, we left some things too that were left on the beach!
To right is stairs, up the stairs to beautiful dining area with 4 chairs at table and 3 bar-stools at bar separating the kitchen from dining area. Again, outstanding view of ocean!
Walk down little hallway, itty bitty FULLY functional kitchen with everything you need but the food itself! large coffee maker, large microwave, full stove, full oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, full frig, all the dishes/utensils you need!
To left of hallway, is an apartment sized washer and dryer, don't let apartment size fool you, they are large capacity!
To right is another half bath (large roomy)with sink, toilet and closet.
A little further and you have a nice large living room with one side a mirrored wall, pull out couch bed, two comfy chairs with stools, fully decorated, large TV, VCR, DVD and walk out onto the small patio and watch the lake.
