After listening to all their "bank speak" and all the mental gymnastics they put me through, I closed my account. Generally speaking, the reason someone would bank with a local credit union is too avoid the "ick factor" of larger banks. I would strongly encourage any readers of this review to AVOID joining Sunlight Credit Union especially the branch in Cody.​​

It was a very pleasant surprise going to this Wells Fargo branch in Cody to open a corporate bank…read moreaccount. I went in with my father and a large pile of paperwork thinking it would be a bear to get an account opened here on a Saturday morning. Instead, after a short wait, the branch manager Clarissa helped us to open an account, and introduced us to the tellers who helped us make a deposit and test out the bank debit card to make sure it worked. The bank is also located in what was previously the Shoshone First National Bank office, a very nicely maintained building. Sometimes things are not what you expect, even at a big, usually-annoying bank like Wells Fargo! Hope to go here more often!

My wife and I have used US Bank in Cody for ten years. We run two businesses through them and have several personal accounts, CDs, loans, etc. Even before we had many assets with them, they knew us by name. On another issue, my debit card ###'s got stolen, not from this app, but from them not letting me request a PIN only card, as the criminals only charged on it (something I don't do) I was embarrassed at a Grocery Store, I had a full cart and had to walk away from it because my card wasn't going through and no one would answer the phone at Glacier on a Saturday! So I can't use their App because I get locked out, I can't use my debit because they put a hold on my card. Even after repeating my email address, they apparently were sending it to a wrong one. They send out a text message that looks identical to what scammers send out, we all just ignore them now days. Employee said we don't send out texts like that, he looked closer. Oh, I guess we do..? If you want to try and live a less stressful life. I don't recommend this Bank.
