We consistently needed to ask questions (via email) multiple times before we got an answer, we had to follow everything up ourselves because we never received information when we were told we would. We were sent invoices (for way more than quoted) on the due date and whenever we had any questions we tried to address in a timely manner, Dogtainers were impossible to reach via phone. Although even when we could reach them it was difficult to get simple answers to simple questions. Most consequentially, when things went awry with our dogs travel from New Zealand, Dogtainers made no effort at all to find a solution - in fact another pet relocation agency had to step in to rectify the situation and get our entire family reunited

They were recommended to me by my vet and it's the best tip I've ever had about dog care. When I first took Saffie in for a haircut, the owner was as careful with her as if she was her own. First, she let her just hang out with some other dogs that where there in the salon, so she could get used to the place before being handled. Next, the owner sat Saffie on her lap as she ate her lunch. After that, Saffie was ready to be groomed and she was pretty much wagging her tail the whole time, she loved the attention. The haircut she got was perfect - especially around the face, where she can sometimes come out looking a but too "snouty" - she looked like herself only tidier. You can check out some of the show dogs that Three Poodles have groomed on their website to get an idea of their work too. Last but perhaps most important, the staff working at Three Poodles are all amazing, not just the owner. They are so caring and gentle with the dogs, I wouldn't hesitate to leave Saffie with any of them.
