However, this process was painfully slow and the one guy kept asking me so many personal questions. I had them stop early because I could get so much more done by myself. Bought the Groupon for my wife who wanted a website and logo for her jewelry business. They completed the logo after a long wait and submitted to my wife but it has been hell from there. There was no contact from them and whenever we would try to get in touch we failed. Finally we got a call from a lady claiming to be a former employee who had left because of shady business and offering to complete the work because according to her Pink Zebra did not have our original logo. This sounded very suspect so we contacted Pink Zebra to inform them of the call and to inquire as to when our work would be complete. We were advised that the work would be completed as they had promised. At current there has been no further progress. To make matters worse they continue charging our credit card in spite of the fact that they are rendering no services. Please, Please stay away from these predators. read more

I did a lot of research when it came to choosing a design company to do my logo and website. When I compared the quality and price, Pink Zebra was unbeatable!! They are literally the only company in the world who offer unlimited revisions on all of your designs... I loved this because I'm indecisive at the best of times!! My hubby always complains thats it's a nightmare taking me to the supermarket ha ha! ;P It did take up to 2 weeks to get my business card design happening though... I was fairly particular with it and it needed fair few revisions. Even though it took longer than expected, it was comforting to know that I could change my mind at any point...and that there wasn't going to be any nasty surprises or extra costs because I was a Zebra Family Member. It was great that Pink Zebra ALWAYS responded to my emails super quick and ensured that I was happy with everything. Pink Zebra were awesome to deal with and I couldn't be happier with my logo and website!! They made me pay for extra services and then said they will have my website finished very quickly and promised that the programming stage and design stage should only take "up to 5 days". Till this day I still have not received a functioning test link for my website. Not only is the project way overdue from what they promised, the person in charge of my project is blocking my emails and calls. We lost a great deal of money by using Pink Zebra, We got taken to the cleaners and lost around £1200 that could not be reclaimed via Visa due the time scales. They promised us the world and seemed like a good company to trust in getting our first website up and running. We went for the full package and paid for the family membership. I would like to start by saying that it is very uncommon for me to feel the need to write a bad review for anyone or any company, but the service I received from Pink Zebra Designs has been very poor. I first contacted the company early December 2014 to do a logo design for me, and they did not get back to me with my preliminary designs until early Feb 2015. Every time I corresponded with the company, they would take a minimum of a week to get back to me if I was lucky, and a normal turn around time for a response was 2-3 weeks. I didn't get a final logo design from them until April 2015, and the only reason that I accepted this was because I am re-branding my business, and I needed the logo for my website. The company were also supposed to design business cards and letterheads for me, which had started to be designed, but the last time I heard from the company was 2 weeks ago, and I still don't have my letterhead or business card. As a result, I have had to hire another design company to re-do my logo. Unfortunately is was money poorly spent with Pink Zebra Designs. The work that I assigned Pink Zebra to do was not done in a timely fashion, was not communicated very well, but the logo they delivered was not bad. This company has the ability to do good things, but has very poor management, and this is the reason why I warn anyone to use this company. If you don't have time restrictions, give them a go... But if you do, don't waste your money here. It was the worst experience that I have ever had in customer service and I wasted $600+ on them getting a logo right and that took months also in the package I bought was suppose to be a website and do you think I saw a website done for me?? Helllll noooo they took my money and wouldn't refund it back! It was a struggle to get a refund off them for labels I was getting printed and then because I didn't really like the logo I wanted my money back but all I got was a refund on the down deposit I put down for the labels. I am in the process of trying to get my money back. I bought a Groupon for $300, and then paid an additional $635 for their full service design package, with an additional $58 per month to be part of their "design family" with priority privileges during the design process. Initially they were responsive, but then weeks would go by with no response at all. It has been 5 weeks now since I have been asking them for my final logo files. I signed up in June and the website has not even been started. Groupon will not refund my money, but I am hoping my bank will. Consumers BEWARE! I too found Pink Zebra on Groupon last year (and can't believe Groupon is still using this merchant) and was completely ripped off! After finding them there, I called to ask more questions before purchasing the Groupon, and of course, they offered me "an even better deal" than the Groupon. So, I purchased it. They were supposed to complete a logo and custom membership website for me. They failed miserably. From the start, they tried to pass me a logo that already existed and legally belonged to another major US company. I recognized it immediately and called them out; I should have requested a refund then, but didn't. We then went back and forth for months of them just working on a logo and trying to give me a "stock" logo that a 3rd party designed. Finally, I demanded that they start work on my website. I had already started advertising the launch of my new ONLINE business and needed to meet deadlines. I was assigned a "project manager" that became completely unavailable. She eventually blocked my emails and they started bouncing back to me. I couldn't reach anyone over the phone either. When I finally did speak to someone, they could not help. I reached the "receptionist" who told me that one of the owner's name was Troy Wilson and that he would have him call me. Of course, I never got a call from Troy. However, Troy began to harass me (more on this below) and my business. I never got the website that we discussed so I had to pay another company at the last second to do my website in order for me to finally launch my business (after pushing the date back twice because of Pink Zebra's inability to produce over the course of 6 months). I then went to my bank, filed a merchant dispute claim for my bank to seek a refund from Pink Zebra on my behalf. I also filed a complaints with Groupon and several Federal US Gov Agencies (including the International Consumer Protection and Enforcement Network at www.econsumer.gov - which handles reported online scams by international companies and merchants - Pink Zebra is an Australia based company). During my pursuit to get my money back, Troy Wilson (Pink Zebra owner/employee), who never called me back, went and found my business's Facebook page and gave a completely false & negative rating of my business (which they never hired my business; I hired them and they failed to deliver what I bargained for)! I had to report him to FB to get it removed. Then, I got an alert from my bank regarding what appeared to be a fraudulent transaction attempt. After speaking with my bank, I was informed that an Australia-based company called Blue Husky Photography tried to send a nearly $400 charge to my credit card (same card I used with Pink Zebra) for services that I NEVER ordered and certainly never received. I had never even heard of Blue Husky Photography until this happened! I went to their website, and guess who designed this Blue Husky website...PINK ZEBRA as noted at the bottom of their website (http://www.bluehusky.com.au/#about). This is the ONLY way this Blue Husky Photography Australia-based company could have obtained my credit card info! I also filed a complaint about all of this with the US Federal Gov. Pink Zebra still seems to be on Groupon and now have a 58% rating! Blue Husky Photography may be on Groupon as well...so BEWARE of both!!! Fraudulent, unprofessional, unskilled, false advertising, bad customer service, fake, false and revengeful liar! Also, check any logo that they "created" for you (you can upload the pic to Google and run a search; also search the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office website) to make sure it is not currently being used and/or already legally owned by someone else! The next day a man by the name of Andy called me and once I told him that I was not interested he then said is I went directly through Pink Zebra and not Groupon he would give me a $100 price break. He tried to have me pay him using PayPal since I'm hip to PayPal scams I procrastinated. And a few days later a woman called me from Pink Zebra and said that Andy no longer worked there. I almost didn't purchase the Groupon for logo design due to the reviews and I've never been so happy that I didn't listen to everyone else! This must be an example of those who had a bad experience shared, and those with excellent experiences said nothing because Pink Zebra designed an amazing CUSTOM logo for my new blog business. I called the company and someone who spoke perfect English gave me instructions to email her to get started with my logo design. Within a couple of hours, she responded to my initial email asking for information about what I wanted. I was pretty clear about what I envisioned (colors), the purpose of my blog and provided three examples of existing logos I liked. I received three designs 4 days after my information was sent, one of which I loved!!!! I wasn't quite sure if it was perfect, so I requested to see the design with different fonts to see if I liked it. I received that update two days later. I selected the design I liked - which happened to be the original - and I received the final files exactly as promised in the Groupon two days after that. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the customer service and design I received from Pink Zebra. I bought a Groupon for a logo Feb 2016. In good faith, I answered their long questionnaire about what I was looking for, even attaching photos to help them with the logo preparation. I was provided 3 logos to choose from by "Troy" that did not meet my requirements that I had asked for. I responded, no answer - I emailed Troy 4 times, then contacted their main email address. "Imma" responded and asked for me to re-send everything I had sent to Troy, even their logos. Did that, but "Imma" then asked if any of the logos I was sent could work (Duh, no). No further response from Imma. Sent another email to their main email, someone replied (no name) that they'd check status and get back to me. No further response. I've emailed a total of 13 times over 8 weeks for status, with no logo to show. I've contacted Groupon for help. I'm not going to be happy with a simple refund, as I'm waiting for my logo for my business. STAY AWAY FROM PINK ZEBRA. It's in Australia and a 14-hour time difference! I'm disappointed that Groupon doesn't vet the companies that offer deals to its purchasers. Thank goodness I didn't pay more for a more expensive package that Groupon offered. read more
