Heather graciously offered to refund half of my deposit, which she wasn't obligated to do. She also offered to apply the other half to any future purchase we may wish to make. She is very friendly, sweet and empathetic. I have had several conversations with her since and will consider her first when we are ready for a new kitten. I appreciated how she communicated with me, with compassion and friendliness.

She scammed me out of my deposit to hold a kitten and gave various and just oddball excuses as to why she couldn't provide one, then after months of no kittens from all her supposed litters, I demanded a refund and she never paid me and has now blocked me from most methods of contact. She has scammed others out of their deposits as well and sadly small claims is the only way to attempt to recover, but that doesn't guarantee payment. She needs to be shut down.
