Well, well, well; looky here. Since I'm no longer a Scout for yelp! it's very rare these days that I have the opportunity to write a first review. Looks like I've still got it! Finding new places to yelp! about. On to the review!!!!! I had just left a store not too far away from the Pink Pump and had a great experience. It was my birthday, I'd just finished breakfast with my BFF, the sun was shining brightly and I was off work! All was right with the world. PAUSE. Until I entered the Pink Pump. Now I've shopped the Royal Oak location plenty of times and always had a great experience. I even wrote a review for it on this great website called yelp! You should check it out. Upon entrance we were greeted but it really didn't give me a warm and fuzzy. I felt as if I was intruding on someone's break or nap time. You know the kind of feeling you get from the employee of a store that is closing at 9pm and you walk in at 8:50pm. Yeah sorta like that. This Pink Pump location is a bit smaller than the Royal Oak location but the layout is the same. I typically buy my Jessica Simpson shoes from the Pink Pump but didn't see any at this location. I could have over looked them but thinking back - had I been asked if I were looking for something in particular maybe I would have found them. Oh well. Who knows at this point? All in all if I had to do it over again I would have kept walking to get to the frozen yogurt shop. read more

DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE! I was talked into the wrong size Hunter Boots by the sales person and now realize it was because she didn't have my correct size and wanted me to buy the boots. She CONVINCED me that they fit and I wore them out of the store. I shortly realized that they were too small, just like I had indicated to her and tried to return them and she said NO! She said because I wore them out of the store she would not be able to resell them....I am so upset because of the way she pushed me into the wrong size just for the sale! Very unprofessional and she was not at all understanding when I expressed my dissatisfaction/anger in her selling me the wrong size! read more

I've have shop at this pink pump store a few times. I bought a lot of clothes from here sometime shoes. Is a very cute store, the lady in the store have always help me . I go in a lot of the store down in Birmingham and no one speak or help me in the store. I was reading all the reviews on this store, making the store seem like its a heartless store. No one can make you buy the wrong size shoe. And about the legging with a hole in it I know that the lady in the must of try to do something for you because when I brought this shirt in the store and the button was loose she tighten it up for me . never shop at this location!!!!!!!!! the only person that works here is a pushy asian lady who will try to push you into buying things you dont even like nor want, i purchased a pair of leggings from the woman and when i got home i realized the leggings had a hudge hole in the front, i took them back to the store and she refused to refund the merchandise! these people only want your money!! they dont care about customers or customer service!! please do not give your money to these people at this store! read more
