The location that Pink Cloud is currently in, has been multiple different Nail Salons with multiple different owners and I can say with certainty that the owner of Pink Cloud and her business is the best nail salon. First of all, the business is really friendly and you are treated like a person and not a number. Second, the renovations on the inside are really nice and the place is so clean! And lastly, I had been going to another salon out of convenience for a while but when I went to Pink Cloud to get my nails done, they explained to me that that salon wasn't doing a good job on my nails and explained why. It made sense because I wasn't really happy about my nails with the other salon but I was okay. After I got my nails done by the staff at Pink Cloud, my nails looked the most amazing they EVER have. I like natural, thin nails and I have always been given bulky thick nails but they gave me the royal treatment and exactly what I wanted. I also got my upper lip and chin waxed and that service went really well also. I will definitely be back! This is my go-to salon now. read more

You can stop your search for the most amazing nail spa! I have been to countless nail salons and have never found one that I liked until now! Pink Cloud is spotless and the customer service is top-notch. I went in with my 90 year old mother for pedicures. Mom's feet are very sensitive and she really doesn't like pedi's that much. Kathy started on her toes and soon realized she needed to bring Annie over because she is the expert on ingrown toe nails. This is the first time my mom has not complained about her pedi!! Kathy and Annie both took their time and made sure Mom was comfortable. Apple did my pedi and Trish did my manicure. They were both phenomenal! I have never had such a good time getting my nails done. We all talked and laughed the entire time we were there. Now I know why one reviewer said this was worth a 6 hour round trip! Last time I went there- - first of all the girl was late because the appointment prior to me came in late....they only had one girl to do nails. I think if she was that late and they knew I was coming they should have told her when I arrived that she would need to wait. Almost 25 minutes of waiting...although someone did come and start the removal process, it took way longer than it should have. On top of that the lady brought in her baby who cried almost the entire time she was there. Finally got to me and the lady that came in late with her baby locked her baby in the car, so that was another ordeal. Sorry, when you think Spa you don't think babies crying....sorry I love kids but this is supposed to be relaxing! Going to try someone else even though they are so close.... read more

Have you ever wanted a place that feels like home?? This is it!! My cousin and I LOVE getting our nails done here. Everyone is fantastic, attentive and sweet. Amazing service! The owners and employees really stand by the quality of their work, and it shows. I have been to many "upscale" salons in the area, but nothing beats the feeling like you're just hanging out with family. Thank you so much for listening, offering advice and making us laugh---it give us Mama's a few hours away from our hectic lives to just vent and relax. Best place to get your nails Very friendly people and since I started getting my nails done there 3 months ago I have nails that last a month no breaking I change them because my nails have grown but not because they look old or broken that gas never been the case. and to penny g I am sorry my baby got locked in the car by accident and had to ask the front office to call the police and they were supportive it wasn't planned and not convenient for the business but they helped me. I visited Pink Cloud Nail Salon last Friday. It was a great experience and I will return! I'm new to the area & looking for a clean nail salon with friendly staff who knows how to treat clients. I think I've found my spot! Kathy the owner made me feel welcomed and comfortable; she even went out of her way to find a perfect match for the dip color I selected with the pedicure color. The two young ladies who serviced me were professional, friendly and gave me an excellent mani/pedi. FYI, the salon space is small. When I first walked in, with mask on, I was concerned about the small space knowing the Delta COVID variant was on the rise. As soon as you step in the door, you feel invited and so comfortable. Annie and Amber were absolutely awesome! The time, focus, and thoughtfulness of the process was so enjoyable and relaxing. Nothing was rushed and you could really have a great experience. I gave full creative freedom to Annie and she nailed a beautiful design! ANNIE IS STUCK WITH ME! I know this for a fact and I've only visited once so far... It was that GOOD experience where you want to book your next appointment before you even get out the chair. I moved to Texas not too long ago and gave several places a try and after every appointment always found myself being disappointed or finding so many errors/ things I didn't like. This was my the appointment since moving here that I didn't rush home and complain to my boyfriend about dislikes, because i LOVED everything.. I usually don't post photos like this but they did an outstanding job. I found them on yelp because I was trying to find a nail place that was taking serious precautions due to covid19. Everyone was wearing masks including all the customers, it was not packed because they did appointment only. The pedi was very relaxing and they took their time. Apple was great and I was very relaxed during my massage and Kathy is so sweet and checks up on you and just provides amazing service. It was my first time here and I was very impressed. It takes a lot for me to find a good nail place but I think I just found my new home!! read more

Nailtastic! Heaven! Pinkalicious! No matter how you choose to describe Pink Cloud it is the best nail salon I have ever visited. The environment is calm, serene, and very clean. You will truly feel like you are relaxing in a cloud. Annie's attention to detail and your personal preferences with your nail shape and layering of the dipping powder is remarkable. My nails have never looked better! This was my second visit and will be my go-to nail salon from now on! I'm super picky when I get my nails done and I always leave disappointed. BUT today I DID NOT! I absolutely LOVE my nails. Not only am I happy with my nails but let me tell you the customer service was great. I went in an hour before they closed and originally went in just for a full set but went ahead and did a pedicure. They stayed past closing for me. Kathy and Toni were very kind and welcoming. I was a walk-in customer (I don't live in Texas). The atmosphere was very relaxing and tranquil. They explained they were transitioning to the Pink Cloud as new owners. It wasn't noisy with mutiple tvs going like many nail shops but instead it was more of a serene vibe with beautiful decore. Best salon I have ever been too hands down!!!! First i picked my color and even after changing it and my design their were no rude comments and everything I said was done perfectly!! Perfect shape, perfect length, and EVERY nail matches! It was a bit pricey but it was definitely worth it if you want dip it's 38 + your tip of course and tips are 5 designs are higher depending on what it is and shape is 5. Great place to get a relaxing mani/ pedi. The salon is super clean and organized. The staff were friendly and attentive. I love that it is by appointment only and you do not feel rushed to get to the next client. They wore mask and gloves at all times and once I left my chair they sanitized it for the next customer.
