Haven't been here in years, and the food was really good! We had a big group this time, so we got to try a lot of new dishes.

All food we ordered were delicious. The service was amazing. The waitresses made sure we got what we ordered. The food came not too long or too fast. The place got crowded pretty fast. But it was not too loud.

Went here for a work dinner and the food was really so good, huge portions are great to share. The service was amazing and the restaurant had a very nice interior. I especially love the spicy beef combination and we got some sticky rice with brown sugar for dessert.

Good food. Decent amount of items to select from on the menu. Courteous staff. Clean and organized interior. Parking lot on site. Good amount of parking during the weekdays. Not so much on the weekends.

TLDR: Spicy Place. Very Traditional Chinese. I think if you like spicy Chinese food, this place would probably be 5 stars. As my wife and I can't really handle spiciness, we are unable to appreciate the quality and flavor of the spice. But that being said, she really enjoyed the non-spicy dish that she ordered. It's a cabbage and pork dish, which could be ordered non-spicy. It was full of flavor, salty, a bit of oil, and some umami in there as well. I don't like vegetables (I just eat it for my butt's sake), and I couldn't stop myself from eating it. We tried to order a rice noodle dish (Mifen) with minimal minimal spice. I could handle it, but my wife couldn't. I'm man enough to admit... I coughed a bit... and drank a LOT of water. What my wife could taste of the dish, she thought the noodles were cooked very well. Al-Dente. I managed to finish the rest of it, mostly by picking out all the red seeds I could and downing half the water. Oh, btw, I should mention... the Menu is online. And completely in Chinese. So... if you can't read chinese, make sure to bring someone who likes spicy and can. Wait staff was pretty friendly as well. Although they did give us our bill a bit early because they were going on their lunch break. We didn't really go that late... maybe 1:15 or so. It was pretty empty by the time we went, maybe 4 tables or so? Also... if you download their app and make a comment or something, you get a free tamarind sparking water. It was pretty good to douse the FIRE in my mouth. Will we go back? Unfortunately no, but not because of the quality or service or anything. It's just not our kinda cuisine, so there were limited options for non-spicy.

I heard this restaurant is one of the best Chinese restaurants in the Bay Area, so I definitely needed to check it out. The owner opened two Ping's bistro stores in Fremont, and we went to the newer one that just released some new dishes featuring Yun Nan cuisine. Everything was fantastic tbh, great flavors, different layers of textures, and very friendly service. My favorite dish was sautéed lotus rootlet, and it's my first time having lotus rootlet. I really liked the texture. It's much crispier than the regular lotus root slice's texture. With a little bit spicy flavor, I couldn't stop eating it!

Have been here twice, both times the food was excellent. This place serves authentic Chinese that tastes just as good as the real deal in China. I noticed the menu has changed slightly as well which is good so that there are new dishes to try. Some dishes I recommend: Braised pork belly with blaze mushroom. Very tender pork belly and went well with mushroom, very flavorful. Sauteed eggplant with string beans: tasted soooo good, didn't expect a vegetable dish to be so delicious, very flavorful too Shredded cabbage with pork: Stew rice with ham sausage seasonal greens: it's a big pot of rice to share, a bit pricey but delicious. The rice was a little crusted too Minced pork with chives stir fry: didn't see this dish the second time but the fresh taste of the chives went well with pork Basically almost everything tasted very delicious and will come back! Service was good too, expect a wait (but it's worth it)

We came on Chinese New Year Eve and were worried about the wait time. Surprisingly, the wait was only 15 min. I love their wide selection of Yunnan food. The portion is generous. The food is towards the spicy side and unfortunately they don't allow adjustment of spicy level for Yunnan dishes. They also had a special menu for Chinese New Year. Food ordering is via QR code, which makes it faster.

Not sure why the reviews for this place is so low, but it's actually an excellent restaurant! It's a newly furnished place at one of the newer plazas in Warm Springs. They only had indoor seating, but it's a nice and modern place. This place serve food that's more of Hunan and Sichuan style. For the main entrees, we got the Spicy Sliced Angus Beef in Steel Pot for $21 and the Country Style Sautéed Pork with Eggs and Black Fungus for $18. The online ordering system is really easy to use and convenient to place your orders. The spicy beef came with a bed of peppercorn and dried peppers, and it can definitely numb your mouth and make you sweat. I usually have a good spice tolerance, but it took me a while to get over the numbing sensation from the peppercorn. It definitely fulfilled my crave for spicy food, so I still enjoyed it very much. However, the item that really stood out here was the baked purple yam topped with cheese ($6.99)! This was like the perfect combo of savory cheese over sweet, mushy purple yam - it's literally two of my all-time favorite items combined into one dessert. I think this Warm Springs' location of Ping's is the only one that has this dessert, so I highly highly recommend everyone to try it out.

One Piece Lamian specializes in Chinese noodle dishes, all with an efficient QR code ordering…read moresystem and super quick service. We started with the One Piece Mixed Salad (tofu skin, vermicelli noodles, woodear mushrooms, carrots, celery, seaweed, and peanuts, all mixed in a savory, acidic, and spicy dressed ) and the Shredded Potato Salad, both of which made for nice appetizers. We also had the Cold Skin Noodles (Liangpi), a bowl of wide, chewy noodles mixed with a savory sauce and topped with tofu puffs, shredded cucumber , bean sprouts, and a creamy sesame sauce. Hailing from Xi'an, the Braised Pork Pita Burger was fatty pieces of pork braised in a savory sauce, served in a dry round of "pita," but even better was the Spicy Cumin Lamb Pita Burger, which contained a tantalizingly spicy, flavorful filling of tender spiced lamb. The Signature Beef Bone Noodle Soup came with noodles in a simple broth, topped with three bone-in beef ribs. The meat on the ribs was rather tough and sinewy, and the soup on the bland side, but the presentation of the dish was definitely impressive. Finally, the House Special Braised Dry Noodle was a bowl of noodles topped with a savory sauce with lots of different dried ingredients including tofu, s mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, and red bell peppers. For each noodle dish, you could select from a variety of noodles, but my favorite by far was the 2cm "General Wide" noodles, which had an amazing chewy texture. Overall, this was a great restaurant for authentic Northern Chinese noodle dishes and other eats. Everything came out from the kitchen in just minutes after we ordered. The tasty dishes came at a good value, and the service was super friendly too!

There seems to have some menu change since the last time we came. We ordered 2 dry noodles and a cold spicy pig ears appetizer. The pig ears were piled up with no fillers - something hard to find these days. You can select the type of noodles so I picked the widest while my husband picked the middle one. I love the el dente texture of the noodles giving it a bit of chew. My braised pork belly dry noodles was not dry... very watery which was not to my liking. I want my dry noodles with as little gravy as possible. The flavor was light despite all the gravy, but the veggies and one egg made it up. The house special dry noodles had just the right amount of gravy for taste but not enough ingredients. I was wondering why the restaurant is called One Piece... I guess the entire bowl of noodles is one piece noodle as it was hard to eat as all the noodles are tangled. No complaints here just need to be careful with the splashes on your shirt. Overall the food was good, service was decent as we were offered actual menu instead of only using QR code to order. The place was not small with plenty of table. A bit noise as with all Chinese restaurants.

Service was attentive with refilling water but I had to ask multiple times for more napkins which got a little annoying. The restaurant also got really busy as it got closer to peak lunch time so I imagine that played a role. One thing that kind of put me off was my water cup looking dirty or having something in it. Hard to say what it was but it made me hesitant to keep drinking from it. I think my rating would be closer to 3.5 stars if I could do half stars because of their service and cleanliness. The hot and sour dry noodles came with their signature 5-grain noodles, shredded cucumber, half an egg, cilantro and peanuts. The seasoning was sweet and sour with a kick. Honestly it tastes like a kind of instant Korean cold noodles I always eat in summer. The takoyaki of octopus balls are a type of Japanese snack I think, and it is very popular in the Asian countries as night market food. I actually had never tried it so I really could not compare. They are deep fried balls of what tasted like mashed potatoes wrapped Octopus tentacles . Topped with shaved bonitos. Tasked okay... The hot and sour sauerkraut noodles with snakehead fish was really good... if you like Chinese pickled cabbage. The soup base was not red at all so it gives a false sense that it was not spicy. It actually had a nice kick, but not the chilly hot kick, but the green peppercorn numbing sense of burn. The soup was very flavorful and the fish slices were good. I don't know what is snakehead fish but it tasted like flounder but firmer. There were pieces of both regular tofu and fried tofu, as well as a couple of quail eggs. The decoration was simple with cute fish lights dangling from the ceiling and display if the noodles from different grains. The service was decent and they kept on checking if we needed more water and additional utensils. We will most likely come back to sample other noodles.
