One or two seemed not very happy to be there and weren't as helpful as the other angels working there. My wife had an epidural. It helped a lot with the pain. However, the nurse anesthetist, a heavyset younger gentleman, had something lodged up his behind. He was short with our L&D nurse and with us. He did fine inserting the epidural, but really was not an impressive person at all. Part of healthcare is customer service and helping your patients enjoy their experience as much as possible. That nurse anesthetist and some of the postpartum nurses could definitely work on that aspect. Overall, a happy, great experience. Everyone was expert in what they were doing. The food service would even call at meal time to make sure my wife was taken care of. Nice facilities. You do deliver in the same room you recover in but they clean everything up nicely. Would rank 5 stars if not for those few staff who can improve on their patient interactions. Would come here again.

My care showed up two weeks late by then I did not need physical therapy and I told her I didn't need her services and she cried Said she would get fired. If I would not let her come for a visit, I let her come she set up physical therapy, which was also terrible. The therapist told me that people with my medical condition always end up in wheelchairs, which is not only untrue, but also very unsensitive. They were terrible. The first time was Aug through Sept 2021 and the second was Feb through March 2022. I had my left hip replaced and then my right knee replaced. The nurse who saw me was Holly. She is laid back, knowledgeable, attentive, assertive, kind, and effective. When things are good, she tells you they are good and when they are not good, she immediately gets support from her network to be sure what she is considering is the correct approach! NOTHING gets by Holly! Then you have Brad and Curt, physical therapists. You couldn't have better orthopedic physical therapists in your corner! In the past when I have had physical therapy, their theories may have been correct but their methodologies were so poor that I came away hating the whole experience! That has NOT happened with Brad and Curt. They push for results but are so thoughtful and considerate about not pushing too much! And, if they can't help any more at home, they recommend that the patient go to the facility for further treatment! Curt is savvy and sneaky with his ability to converse while manipulating your joint. Suddenly you've either related or heard a great story and your knee is at 90 degrees but you didn't feel any pain! That's the secret...caring and compassion! They know that at Community Nursing Services and I recommend them Highly!
