Shopped here a few times hunting for a new Ford Bronco and now interested in the new Lincoln Navigator. The Ford and Lincoln dealerships are co-owned and on the same property. Upon entry the counter host greeted me and I began my quick showroom store since there were only four vehicles. The waiting room was fancy with a self service coffee bar. The Lincoln Navigator was beautiful and classy ride for around $118k. The manager introduced himself and advised financing deal is 72 months at 0% which was tempting but the total cost would still be a huge investment.

I'm on my third Lincoln lease. I have a 2022 Lincoln Corsair, I've had a 2019 MKC before that and a 2016 MKX before this. Prior to this, I leased a Ford Explorer from the same dealership. My point is, I've been giving this dealership A LOT of business the last 10+ years. I've had issues with scheduling appointments with the mobile service department in the past here. Fast-forward to present date. I usually map out my errands ahead of time to stay organized. I called two weeks ago (on 3/14/25) to set an appointment for today to get my car serviced and pick up a loaner. The lady that picked up the phone offered to have the dealership come to my house and drop off the loaner and pick up my car, have it serviced and then have it dropped off afterward, and the loaner picked up. I jumped at the opportunity since I have never used this service before and it seemed pretty convenient. I thought it was strange that I never received a confirmation in my email or via a text message when I booked the appointment. This morning, I waited until the appointment time until I touched base with the dealership to figure out what was going on. I had to call multiple times this morning before I could get anyone on the line, when I finally did, I spoke to Angelica (who I'm pretty sure was the same girl that I spoke to in order to make my appointment two weeks ago). She told me that she apologizes, but there was no appointment for me in the system. She asked me if I could confirm what date that I called because they need to backtrack and see where the issue happened. Thankfully, I still had the call in my phone log that showed the date that I called to get the service appointment set. She advised that they would still be able to help me today with the same service, however, it would be later in the day. Again, I map things out ahead of time because I have a busy schedule. I then asked her if it would be possible for me to just come in and pick up the loaner and drop off my vehicle to which she said that I could. Thankfully I am not too far away from the dealership so it was not a big deal to just go in. I arrived a few minutes later, they did accommodate me quickly, I am sure because they knew I was very upset about what had just happened. Both Angelica and Neil, the service advisor did their best to get me in and out today. My car was ready in less than 2 hours. So they did try to make up for the mistake, and I appreciate this. Hopefully Lincoln leadership will see this review and make some changes on their end to improve the customer experience. I love Lincoln as a brand, but I also expect that service is great, especially for the money that I put into having a lease.

Overall the service has been ok my main issue is that I had a front camera repaired not once, not twice but THREE times. I'm not sure if they have been indeed repairing the right part or just running up the bill to my warranty company. Let's hope this third repair fixes the issue permanently. Update 3/26/2025- camera stopped working AGAIN- same issue , this was the third repair for the front camera at the same dealer. I don't think I ever have owned a car that couldn't be repaired and I have owned 8 vehicles- dissatisfied Update 5/8/25- After having my vehicle in repair for a separate issue (leaking oil gasket)I decided to involve Lincoln Concierge, who in the past helped me with the now out of business Pompano Lincoln (another crooked outfit), and see if they could step in and rectify the front camera issue that for some odd reason can never be fixed correctly. The decision from Lincoln was to now say the camera is water damaged, which would not be covered by warranty (they know this) and ask me for over $1300 in repairs which are now "not covered". Lincoln is refusing to acknowledge that last two repairs which never fixed the camera correctly at their dealership, I was told by my service advisor Neil the previous jobs to repair the camera were sent out to an outside facility. I also will add one of those repairs, they broke all the chrome trim off my bumper pulling it off to get to the front camera (which Lincoln replaced out of their pockets ironically). This is a case of "we never fixed it correctly before, just billed the warranty company and now you complained to Lincoln so we are going to stick it to you!" I am officially done with this dealership and sadly this brand. We were interested in trading up for a 2024 Nautilus and were going to meet with Abraham to discuss this Saturday but after this lack of accountability I am DONE. Shady, Shady, SHADYYYYYYY

I am checking on the F-150. It's a beautiful truck. The new models are nice. I googled F150 and this place came up as the one of the dealerships with the most stock on them near me.. Adam Erdmann was my sales guide. He was awesome. He had great customer service. We looked at some models and he answered my questions. I was happy with his responses. The dealership looked nice and clean . As I walked in. I was welcomed, that was nice. It didn't take long before someone approached me to help me. Ask for Adam. He is great.

STOLEN FROM PINES FORD! And they could care less! All It was in for warranty service for 7 days. No rental car and then it was stolen off their lot next to the service area. The thief made a spare key, they disable the OEM GPS system. Someone was on video on the phone as they went over and got into our 2020 Explorer ST and instantly drove off! The dealer refused to call 911. They refused to help. They were rude and cold. One manager told me "it wasn't his first rodeo". They told me to claim on my insurance they were not responsible for anything. We were able to recover the car with the help of the pines police. They stole various parts off of the car. They took our wheels. Now I'm paying $1000 deductible I'm trying to get the car repaired and the title was clean until now is a theft recovery vehicle it's worth about seven or $8000 less. All because that dealership was negligent with security of our vehicle. The police told me that wasn't the only vehicle stolen off their lot. The way they handled. It was the problem. They were rude as hell and they were ungrateful. It's their loss because we buy new cars every three years and they're always Fords. I reported them to corporate Ford and I've escalated it. More than likely I'm going to see them in court when this is over. This is my story. This is what happened to us at Pines Ford.
