Not only did they overcharge me, but they also HUNG UP ON ME! When I got the refund for THEIR MISTAKE, they shorted me on the refund. I had to go back in to get my money and Marg had the audacity to say to me "I don't want to see you in this store again!" Physochotic and unprofessional!!! i was recently hired at this location in Timmins. i was…read morehoping for a good work enviromet but all i got from the so called manager named LINDA was total b.s. and the rudest most ignorant person i have ever had the chance of meeting. let me skip to the last day when i quit. now mind you before i tell this to you. i was only at this company for just over a week, and i had only worked a total of 11 hrs at this job. so i was to come in at 9am that day for a traing shift..my last before i was supposed to work alone. soo i show up early,,she said to come in at 845 to open the store for 9..which was fine..i showedd up at 8:46 and i was waitng outside for her to open the door, at this time she is texting me asking where i was,,i was outside and early. so right from the start when she opens the door she gets on me about bing late. meanwhile i was stannding outside..she starting giving me crap about how we are late opening the store and now we are gonna be behind. yelling at me to hurry up and walk faster..so i listen to her rambling, cause i know shes a bit looney just by her eyes and additude. so we get all the opening procedurss finished and we still have 5 mins to 9. way ahead of opening and no problems.. but nope she is still angry about something. so time goes by i try to ignore her hoping she might grow up or get better during the shift. but nope,,its gets worse. whie im working on putting stock away she observes me doing it in a way she does not. so she asks..or did nikk traing you to do it that way? i said yes and she gets mad at me for not doing it correctly, but i was shown this by another employee..so if i am doing it wrong show me the right way.. but DO NOT give me attidude becasue the employeee showed me the wrong way to do this..so shes gets more additude and carry on being a rude lady. also in this time as i was serving a customer, a french friend of hers comes in. and when i was having troublle withh the spelling of the french last names. she proceeds to make fun of me to her friend and hve a good laugh saying that these people from the south jst dont get it..very rude..like ya insult someone even more.. so ya she keeps it up and continues to be rude to me.. but my last straw was when i was telling her that i was having trouble understaninding the closing procedure of the store, as i was new and i was only at this job for 11 hrs total of training so in stead of helping me she goes and says to me that how do i not get it by now,"i have an employee who is half your age and never worked before and get it with no problem." i ciuld not believe my manager was talking to me like this, i was taken back..shocked..disbelief in how she could make such a comment i alost cried, for real..i felt tears..i was emotional so i told her " i was having rouble cause i only worked 2 closing shifts and it was confusing to me" she said that i had worked 3 shifts but she was wrong..either way not enough for me to learn a new skill. when i tld her this her response was "well WHATEVER" THIS IS COMING FROMA 60 SOMETIHNG YEAR OLD WOMEN WHO IS MY MANAGER.!!! so i lost my shit i said excuse me it not WHATEVER , OK i have not been given enough time to learn this from you . and i go on about how rude she is being i tell her shes is rude, ignorant B*%tch and i ramble on about her not shutting up for the 2hrs i was there in the morning. so she says :oh can i speak now?" i said you have been nothing but rude to me all morning and it was my turn to talk and i QUIT !!! as im walking to the back of the store to get my coat to leave she tries to talk to me and apologizw...i want nothing to do or say to this ..ahem..women i got my coat and was now leaving the store, she still tries to yell at me and get in my face and stop me from leaving saying stuff like im sorry or whatever she said,,i didnt care.. i told her to get out of my way and let me leave and i sadid good luck to you. and walked out the store and never came back. now i hear she is talking crap abput employess who quit and have had enough of her.. im here to say it the managers fault. LINDA is one of the rudest people i have ever met. im now waiting for my pay check whis is supposed to be paid to me on the 1st of november DO NOT SHOP HERE
