Ume Tea - In 2023, the white peach oolong milk tea had biscoff mixed in and on top, but no more biscoff when I purchased again in 2024 =(

A cute boba place with very affordable boba (in this economy). The prices are definitely…read morecompetitive compared to other brands. Service is fast considering how busy they are. A lot of folks come in all at once so staff are really working as fast as they can. I got a mango matcha and interestingly it's topped with a scoop of matcha ice cream. I personally prefer it on the side maybe? Cuz it's kinda hard to eat the ice cream on top of a drink. The matcha is on the milky and creamy side (it's not good or bad just depends on what you like). I enjoyed my drink and definitely wanna come back again and also try more drinks!

I normally like their food and drinks. Today was the first time I hated my drink (crème brûlée Oreo…read moremilk tea) and also hated my son's drink (watermelon lychee green tea with added lychee chunks and added popping boba). Also this time they were very busy and it was cold, so I waited in my car. That was a big mistake because apparently the notice that your order is done doesn't come immediately when your order is actually ready. My chicken was ice cold and my drinks had been sitting there. So now I know, gotta pay attention to the drink status and now I also know there's only a few of their drinks I actually like. I don't like any of their drinks with slimy/gloopy additions. These are my drinks that I really love: - pomelo mango - tenghulu yogurt - matcha strawberry and matcha mango - sticky rice milk tea (no boba) - runner up is the coco mango cloud drink (ordered without mochi) - the pistachio chocolate drink is ok if you love everything Dubai chocolate - I hated the taro milk tea and anything with slimey additions Their food is only ok. I really liked their popcorn chicken the first time I had it and it was piping hot and they had the basil leaves. Since then I have never seen it come with the basil again and it has never been as good (too salty, moist/greasy and doesn't taste as good if they don't get it to you hot). I got the takoyaki and it's not good at all. The fish balls are ok and the fries ok and the sausages were my favorite (even though it's too expensive for two mini sausages). So this is a too long post just to say they basically this shop is just mediocre and I'll still come back but it's very expensive and there's hits and misses. The quality/consistency is all over the place depending on who is on duty behind the counter and how busy they are etc... next time I go I will try to take photos.

This is gonna be my new Pho Joint!! Sonny was so cool &…read morefriendly...Definitely gonna support your business as you mentioned bro small cozy joint!! The Chicken Pho was PERFECT!! I highly recommend this spot all day!!

I have to disagree tremendously with the person who previously wrote a review about the pho being…read moretoo greasy. I've lived in the Bay Area the past 4 years and there is not one single pho place I've tried so far that even closely compares (it's actually a running competition in my family to see which one of us can actually find a place that might compare). The pho here is extremely flavorful, they always give you the most garnishes- in San Francisco they give very minimal and its usually just cilantro and bean sprouts- here you have a huge choice of condiments and garnishes. The chicken here is shredded- in most other pho places they give you pre-cut frozen slabs of chicken that don't soak up any flavor, the shredded chicken here soaks up all of the broth, it's wonderful. In my opinion, pho is a wonderful warm meal meant to be flavorful and rich in flavor, the pho here is not like traditional places you may go to where they give you a very sweet (but bland) broth. This broth is always extremely flavorful. If you don't like 'greasy' pho try the simplest pho offered here like a chicken pho- or meat or your choice. Last thing, their boba is great too. This place, is in fact, a community staple and the family who runs it are wonderful with customer service. Try this place whenever you can.

After Hours Boba & Tea is one out of the very few boba spots in Woodland. They also stay open late…read morewhen not much is opened in this area. Parking is street parking, I came late night, so I was able to park right out front. Simple and small shop with some cute Pokemon paintings in the hallway. They have some seating, as well as different chargers for their customers, which is pretty convenient, if your device / phone is running low on battery and you forgot your charger. Not much service - one employee was busy cooking, while the other one was in the back making the drinks. I ordered their green milk tea, thinking it was a regular green milk tea. Instead, I received a green Thai tea, which I wished their menu stated it will be a green Thai tea, not a green milk tea because those are 2 completely different drinks. When I questioned the drink, the employee who made the drink, as well as brought the drink to the front did not seemed to care much, as she was already rudely walking away from me, as I was trying to speak to her. No attempt to fix it or satisfy their customers, not even an attempt to listen to me. For a green Thai tea, it was decent - super creamy and smooth, but obviously not what I wanted or intended to order. The boba was super soft, a bit on the chewier / melty side. Overall, seems like it could be a chill late night spot in the area, but they need to really improve their customer service skills.
