They have always been super nice and helped me even though I'm not one of their regular customers. There is never a long wait here even though it's only staffed by a few tellers working in this location which is inside the Safeway. So no drive through or outside ATM available, and perhaps not a full service bank. For basic banking needs and the friendliest tellers in town though I give them a full two thumbs us!

I get there at 5:15 open the account and they tell me they stop accepting appointments at 4:30. Fine, don't accept appointments after 4:30, be my guest but don't tell me over the phone I'm fine to open my account today if it's already past 4:30. Waste of my time.

Branch closures have made it inconvenient to get to the single branch left in Tucson. An hour round trip now. The app and website are down way too much and phone calls for technical support after hours? A robot that can only offer to change your password. And despite having direct deposit for over 25 years...they told us a couple months ago that we didn't qualify for online check deposits on the app because we didn't do enough business through the account. This despite having paid off three car loans with them. One as recently as last year. It was really nice to walk into a branch and be recognized and called by name and to reach a human being when a phone call was necessary. We are looking at ending our longstanding relationship with what we see as a much changed business.
