Stopped for fuel and food, no idea where these other reviews are coming from. This please was clean and had anything and everything you could want to eat or need for your car/rig. The pizza place is great, specifically the pizza rolls. read more

WARNING: Beware of potential shower scam. One or more of Pilot Dealer #589 - Williston, ND, employees appear to have a SHOWER SCAM going on. At approximately 1 pm on June 26, 2023, I was deceived, slandered, and screamed at by an employee who claimed to be a manager named Shannon B. I'm not sure if that's her actual name because she wasn't wearing a name tag. Prior to this painful ordeal, I reserved a shower through the Pilot App, as I had done earlier that morning. The app said I was #10 in line and gave me a shower code, which was odd because there were only a few trucks in the parking lot. I waited over an hour before entering the store to ask the cashier/management, named Shannon, if there was a shower available. She told one of the Cinnabon ladies to check and open a shower for me. She confronted me about payment as I was leaving. I let her know that I was using my Pilot App. She said that she is notified when the app is used. I informed her that there must be an issue with their system; that was the reason someone had to open the shower for me. I had a shower code and attempted to show her but she refused. She SCREAMED they DO NOT take SHOWER CREDITS. I told her I used the CREDITS earlier that morning, why was I not able to use them this afternoon? She DEMANDED I pay her CASH for my shower. I told her to use my Pilot App where I had 35 shower credits. She YELLED the store was not a Pilot, angrily marched and pointed to a sign yelling that it was operated by Mountain View and they DO NOT participate in the credit program. I asked, "Why were me and my husband ABLE TO USE THE CREDITS earlier that morning?" She threatened to call the police if I didn't pay her. I told her to call because she could take it from the app. At this point I was frightened of what could possibly happen. So, I called for my husband to come into the store to resolve the issue. The Sheriff arrived. She eventually scanned my husband's Pilot App for the shower, which I had asked her to do before calling the police. She was DISHONEST about not being able to use the Pilot App at that location. After everything had escalated beyond belief, she USED the Pilot App that she said they DID NOT use. She was dishonest and allowed to place a criminal trespassing charge on us. A citation was given to my husband and me, and we were removed from the location. She seems to be DISABILING the system so you must come in and pay for your shower instead of using your shower credits or app. I was deceived, terrorized, and slandered at this location by a woman claiming to be a part of its management team, Shannon. Also, the women's restroom nasty and the soap disposer was empty. How and where are those handling food washing their hands? The food bin, empty. This store is poorly run and customer service is not aligned with Pilot's mission or brand. It is not deserving of carrying the Pilot Company brand name. Highly disappointed and disgusted! These establishments or dealers carry the Pilot name. Your customers do not know the difference. If allowed to continue with this type of horrid customer service behavior and dismal store conditions, the Pilot's brand name will be ruined. read more

Went into Pilot travel center for food and snacks for work waited 15 min while subway employee Made a simple sandwich. Went to the convince side and grab some item and waited 5 min at the register with an EE sitting in the office. When I asked the gentleman if I could get a cashier he stated yea some where. And I waited for 5 more minutes before someone came out of the back room while he sat there. A co worker asked for A 3 piece chicken tender pack and she stated she would have to charge him for a 6 piece. We left with what we had paid for already and will not be going back. very poor service read more

Subway at pilot is the worst subway out there I went there today they had a very little meat and I only a couple different brands and the only veggie they had was onion and jalapeños if I could give them 0 stars I would horrible And no fountain pop machines work in the whole pilot. read more

This is by far the worst truck stop that I have ever been to. Never any washer fluid or squeegee to wash my truck windshield. Pumps are either out of service, wont take my pilot card, or out of receipt paper. Never any snow removal in front of pumps. This store is filthy compared to other pilots. Seems as though they have an oilfield attitude of "we don't care if you don't come back, there is plenty of that oilfield money that comes through our door" . My wife and I spend a lot of money for diesel, food, and merchandise at this location. The least they could do is clean it up. I only frequent this location because I have to. I turn North here to go home. Sadly, Loves truck stop is the other way. read more

So I am editing my post Cameron Mills at pilot called me and the issue was on a weekend when employees had no supervision it's hard to find good workers these days no matter how much you pay people these days I have since gone back and service was amazing and place was clean still won't eat at the subway due to what I saw cant undo it in my mind but there is genuine good people here thank you for the call and correcting the problem you guys are awesome read more

This place used to be nice to stop get gas,coffee, and food, the coffee is terrible also they charge $2 a cup witch is the most expensive in town at any gas station. The food has went through the roof too$$$. Customer service is terrible night shift blares rap music so loud you can't even hear what they are saying hardly at the check out So unprofessional the music choice is ridiculous it ain't mild rap By all means lol I had this big dude working nights playing on his phone not paying any attention to me waiting at the check out when he finally noticed me he gradually Moped over and checked me out without saying anything and looked annoyed that he's got ring somebody out lol the bathrooms are so dirty looks like they never clean them, I seen a bunch of sunflower seeds on the ground in the bathroom I came in 2 days later they were still there also toilet seats are disgusting always have splatter stains I'm not even exaggerating this place is a joke it went downhill like a year ago and now it's just getting worse there's a few punk employees that work there that need to be canned management must not Exist read more
