My first and last visit to this establishment was yesterday. It took 7-8 minutes to install their app from the QR code at the pump. It kept starting back from the beginning of sign up and the text box blocked the information needed slot. I went inside to ask that the cashier help me by running my transaction through the register and letting me buy my fuel that way. This worker then got smart mouthed and told me that she couldn't do that and would walk me outside to show me how to use the pump for buying my gas. I'm sorry, but this is not what I asked. Ring up my fuel is what I needed. I got a smarty pants attitude from the employee and I told her I would go elsewhere. Is this what you teach your employees to do to new customers? A quick fuel stop here, this Pilot is located immediately off the highway and is convenient. We only had a car today, but there's plenty of room for bigger vehicles including trucks with trailers. Recently stopped here on a 18hr trip from Florida to home and needless to say, I basically stopped any chance I could for coffee, energy shots, and meals. This is your standard truck stop that caters to all motorists whether on two wheels, four wheels, or 18 wheels. There were plenty of well-stocked shelves including various foodstuffs, fresh food with hot dogs and taqueria, as well as a variety of made to order coffee dispensers and pre-packaged food. Overall- the place was well-maintained. The floors were cleaned, bathrooms were very clean and maintained. Customer-service was incredible. The staff was very friendly and was attentive to everyone who came in. Overall it was very well-done in terms of roadside aid for motorists I would highly recommend this as a place to stop! read more

We stopped here to get gas and use the restroom. While my husband pumped gas I went in only to find the ladies room closed for cleaning. There are 30 cars in the parking lot and they close the restrooms for cleaning??? And the person cleaning it wasn't very nice about it either. She was very rude. Then when my husband got his receipt for the gas it was completely blank. Nothing at all printed on it! Terrible stop and definitely not the typical Pilot station. read more

Filthy. The ladies restroom smells worse than a portapotty. The trash is overflowing and who knows the last time it was actually mopped. Moms don't take your kids to the restroom here. The building is newer and the restroom has beautiful tile. Too bad they are letting them go to trashy, stinky and filthy. read more

Great stop, SO much better than the other gas station nearby. The store is clean, well stocked with travel supplies, even gift ideas. Plenty of food choices, hot and cold drinks, and large, clean bathrooms. All the gas pumps worked, service was great. This is an ideal place to take a break! read more

As we take off, I'd like for you to bear in mind, this will not be your typical flight, nor am I your typical pilot. Frankly, I've only been licensed for a short time, in particular for this review only. All will be well though, let's travel above the clouds together! *Fluff Traveling from FL up to OH, there have been no designated pit stops, just cruising at a reasonable altitude. My co-pilot glanced over and noticed gas was rather low, so we decided to top off the jet. *Building Not as large as some I've been to, however, they were clean. When I mention clean, as I walked through, there were workers in the midst of keeping the place tidy and wiped of travelers tracks. The restroom had a pleasant scent and it wasn't sticky, fellas, you know what I'm talking about. Sometimes it's not even worth taking a risk going in certain restrooms. { masks and gowns required } Attached was an Arby's, I'm not a fan, however, they did have some Oreo bites they're advertising. The customer service was very good! I was disappointed with the "Dunkin' Donuts" it was just a self service station. When I went to get the coffee and the flavors were out. The staff wasn't able to find the flavors to restock. When they were able to find them, they were still out of the flavor I wanted. Finally drank my drink and it was burnt. This Pilot is going through a makeover. It used to be another gas station and Pilot recently took over. The store is huge, the gas prices are competitive. Getting into and out of the parking lot will be much better when construction is done. The bathrooms were pretty dirty the day that I was there, and the cashiers were not the friendliest. Old model pilot. Bathrooms dirty but plenty of stalls in ladies room. Idiot travelers take their dogs on the grass and don't pick up after their dog defected. GROSS. Expeditors and truckers park here and don't want to smell dog feces the whole time especially when the weather is warm to hot. Didn't refuel or shower here. Just took a very short break between loaded runs. Crowded parking up front with no dedicated spots for expeditors. Had to stop here to get gas on the way home from Charlotte to Charleston, and I'll be honest, not the best prices in town, but without any real competition, they can pretty much do whatever prices they want. This is a nice modern recently remodeled Travel Plaza its right off of exit 139 on I 26 in South Carolina and it's easy to get to on and off of the exit and the bathrooms are pretty good and its a well-stocked convenience store with a nice little Arbys attached to it as well and the gas prices are pretty decent you can get gas cheaper on the stress of the highway but not by much more read more

I frequently use Pilot/flying J stores in my travels across the country. Unfortunately, the night clerk at this Pilot (Feb 2021) is either poorly trained, incompetent, or both. All I needed was a receipt. When the pump did not provide one, no big deal, that's why I shop at 24 hour businesses. The computer was down, so I understand she was unable to provide the normal receipt. However I did not appreciate her saying to me "I don't have to do nothing" when I asked her for a handwritten receipt of my fuel purchase. While on a road trip, I'm not looking for conflict. I'm looking to fill up quickly and continue my drive. Apparently this is not the Pilot to do that. read more
