The bathrooms were SUPER CLEAN! The staff is friendly. If you're on a road trip this is a great place to stop and reset for breaks & snack.

This Pilot is small and crowded no matter what time of the day you visit. Truck parking is tight, and really only one way in so if you're fond of blind side backing this is the place for you. Pilot should think about expanding this location or build a new one in the area. read more

Drivers do not attempt to stop here! Do not attempt to fuel here! You will not be able to park and it will take you 45 minutes to fuel. There is no room here and trucks just park in the middle so no one can get in or out. It is like this 24 hours a day. read more

I wouldn't recommend this Pilot to anyone. On the Pilot app it says this facility is RV friendly. This cannot be further from the truth. There is only one pump per island and I can understand why as the facility is so small. There is no way I was able to get to a pump without blocking cars from passing. Pilot remove the RV friendly from this facility. Very congested area even for cars. Go elsewhere read more

You cannot get to the place because of the traffic from trucks in and out of the place. Most of the time traffic is blocked up well onto the exit ramp. Not sure about service or amenities because I could never get in the place because of the traffic unless I had an hour to get in and an hour to get out. read more

Pilot Travel Center was quite the treat. I was instantly greeted by a young man who opened the door for me as he was finishing up his lunch break. Some hobo there even shined my ASICS for me! I also can't get enough of the arcade room in there as I won a stuffed monkey after 62 tries. Additionally, a little birdie driving beside me on interstate 79 asked me how I smelled so good, and I yelled over to her that I used a cologne vending machine. She couldn't understand me. read more

Very limited truck parking, it has a Arby's inside but it's a much smaller Pilot compared to most, they do have laundry and showers inside and the employees are not too bad at all. read more

there's never any parking you have the security guard come out telling you that you have to move when you're not blocking anyone they have nasty attitudes including the supervisor and they threaten you by calling a tow truck. They wake you up at all hours of the night they have no respect for truck drivers, but they don't mind taking our money. read more

I'm only giving this Pilot a 3 because the staff is great. Very friendly and helpful. The establishment is very clean. The showers for the truckers are well kept which is always a plus. I would love to have given it more but the parking is a major issue. There is not enough parking at all. I had to make a spot because I ran out of hours. Also I've never seen a truck stop that had more reserved parking then regular spaces. The location is to small. But the staff definitely makes up for the inconvenience...! read more

Nice stop, small Pilot, love the drivers entrance with benches and flowers. Also a picnic area. One of the nicer Pilots appearance wise. Clean restrooms, friendly employees. Lots of souvenirs as always. No condoms in the discount bin this time,....lol, this time it's flip-flops instead. Arby's inside. Very busy place! read more

They have the good ice. The staff is super friendly! The store is always clean and nice.

This places just scared me. I got gas with my credit card and $151 charge popped up. I was already back on the highway when I got my alert. Needless to say I went back to Pilot and they put a $151 pending charge on your card just in case and it will drop once the actual amount of gas purchase is cleared. They really need to have signs up at the consumer pumps for that. I was ready to lock my card and everything. Never heard of $151 hold, crazy! read more

It's a Pilot travel center, they have most everything, this one me have the upgraded showers and bathrooms as most do now, staff is friendly, fresh coffee, has both fuel for truckers and gasoline for cars, what more can I say. read more

I drive a truck for a living and see many pilots in a day. This one is by far the dirtiest I ha e been in. The bathroom was nasty to the point there was pubic hair all over the urinals. The floor was nasty throughout the store and some of the employees were not very friendly. Not one that I want to visit again nor would I shower here. read more

Just saying, my family didn't have a good experience. The restrooms where pretty dirty and the cashier was slow, and service was slow. As far as a travel center goes, this was far from a good experience. No places that truckers would really use and didn't have to much I can take away from this. May want to avoid this one especially overnight, because of the fact that it doesn't seem like the employees there care at least when we where there. read more

Just an all around great stop. It's an actual Travel Center. So If you been on the road a few days and you need to get a shower or even wash a few clothes they have the amenities for both. You do have to pay, showers are about $13 and they have two washers that are about large-size not very big, and they are $2.50 per load. And they also have two dryers which are just normal capacity and they are the same at $2.50 per load. They have variety of odd And ends that you never see anywhere else for truckers to buy and I find it fascinating to look at and for modern convenience on the road they give you a lot of ideas by just viewing their products. The staff here has been absolutely gracious to me and I couldn't ask for better people... Of course, you always have one...you know!! LOL! There is also an Arby's connected which stays open 24 hours. They have the regular menu, and they do have a breakfast menu from 4 AM until I do believe 11 AM. During breakfast, you can always purchase regular food items such as a roast beef sandwich. But that's about it, stop in, and take a quick look!! read more
