No diesel pumps where the regular pumps are and you have to go inside to pay in the back where the diesel pumps are for the big trucks. We just drove off and went somewhere else. Very inconvenient. read more

We normally stop at Love's for snacks and gas on road trips. We hit this Pilot because it was the last stop for a while. This stop just reassured to me why, I will stick to Love's. It definitely needs some work. The bathrooms were just barely clean. It looked kinda like when you tell your kids they can go out after they clean their room. The hand soap dispenser was about to fall off the wall and the whole place is just cluttered. It just looks like your typical shady truck stop store. The only upside I guess was the Arby's attached to it and Dunkin Donuts. They looked a little cleaner. The store literally used their hallways as storage. The floors looked barely swept over. It just reminded me of a place people work and dont care. I will stick to my Love's going forward. read more

This Pilot Truck Stop is in Missouri off I-55 about 20 minutes from Arkansas. The store is clean, well organized and offers all the hot and cold foods and snacks you expect at a Truck Stop. There's an Arby's and Cinnabons inside as well. I like the soup and fresh salads they offer. The steam table is another popular option for hot foods. Gas is typically cheaper at Pilot so I search out Pilot or the comparable Love Truck Stops. The pump area is manageable and the windshield cleaner is usually full. This is the worst Pilots I've ever been to. All the employees are rude and bangs on the door when your "taking to long in the shower" Truck drivers don't deserve to be treated like this because yall stores wouldn't have sh*t without them. Employees was yelling at us to get out. If yall so worried about people "staying in the shower so long" make sure y'all let it be known on the shower app. read more

This is usually one of my quick stops, get gas and a drink since I usually stay at the Drury Inn in town. Today I was passing through and stopped for gas and a sandwich to go at the Arby's inside. Just bad service all around. I would have gotten back on the road if only my distaste for Diet Pepsi had kept me from getting a drink at Arby's instead of getting a Diet Coke at the Pilot fountain. The fountain was low on cups, I finally found a styrofoam 44 oz cup only to realize they were out of the lids after I filled the thing. Then there is a line at the only checkout open. There are two employees slooooowly shuffling back and forth behind the counter, and one takes their time opening up another register. If you're not in much of a hurry, you should be fine here. read more

neither one of those pilots they can to let go through the years.. this is a very heavily trafficked one with the Lady luck casino right down the road bringing a lot of people in and out gassing up... the bathrooms when I came in the other night where kind of nasty the coffee wasn't done they had to read Brew fresh coffee and out of time they said they didn't sell much coffee I said that doesn't matter you put the coffee on when it needs to be on at the pilot rules. and Duncan's rules especially Dunkin.. You offer Duncan Express you are to adhere by their policies. which means coffee gets changed every hour. the employees weren't the friendliest in this one Kobe with the labor Day weekend I don't know I've had problems here before just was unprofessional and just walk out kind of like well nothing to write home about here lol. the Arby's isn't too bad still they do a pretty good job.. there is no cinnabon in here anymore as far as a cinnabon station kiosk its pre-made in the kitchen and all you do is microwave it they have a microvave for cinnabon stuff.. and it taste the same it's just not on display it's just on a rack there's instructions it's pretty self-explanatory... sometimes I'll get fuel here if I don't want to fight the fool so West Memphis but it's not a surprise for some reason as you begin up near here through Arkansas down in the Mississippi finding clean facilities is getting harder and harder because of lack of taking pride in the job.. I tell people as far as most of the truck stops if it's a mom-and-pop truck stop that's still left odds are it's going to be very filthy and usually it is I'm not going to call about describe them all but I stopped in because I run this area quite a bit down Interstate 55 from st. Louis to New Orleans or baton rouge... pilot doesn't seem to care they haven't seemed to care for quite some time they'll give you lip service When you call you in the corporate office we're sorry about your experience we will forward your message and hopefully things will get done basically in one ear and out the other. it's to be expected in certain regions what you're going to find unfortunately you get tired of taking pictures all the time cuz you know when you come and it's going to be that way.. read more

This is a big truck stop in southern Missouri located in the "bootheel" of the state. It's just off I-55 and I've often stopped here on the way to New Orleans or on the way back, I just seem to need gas at this point in the trip. The bathrooms are ok, not super clean but ok and they have the usual travel quick shop for your traveling needs. It's a good old boy truck stop kind of place. read more

This is, again, a decent truck stop. The parking lot is maneuverable and clean. There is an Arby's, typical truck stop fare and Cinnabon items. The showers are ok...could be cleaner. The trash was not empty and there was hair on the shower wall. Also, there seems to have been a crack in the shower tile that was repaired rather sloppily. The clerk that checked us out was very pleasant which is refreshing because often they seem tired and burned out. Not a bad place to stop for a refresh. read more

Stopped at this Pilot last summer for gas and breakfast while on the way to Memphis. This is located in the Missouri bootheel just off of I-55 roughly 20 miles north of the Arkansas state line. The gas prices here (just like the rest of the surrounding area) are very cheap and the restrooms were very clean. There is an Arby's inside that is open 24 hrs and serves breakfast. There is also a nice dining area to sit and enjoy your meal. The best part is being very easy to get to from the interstate and back on again. Definitely a must-stop if you are passing through since there isn't much of anything for miles in either direction once you pass this exit. read more
