I had the worst customer service ever in this establishment 8/30/2024. The cashier named Holly was so rude and disrespectful and dismissive that I had to report her to her supervisor. I asked him (Steve) does he allow his employees to speak to customers in the fashion that she disdainfully spoke to me? He said, "Usually not on his shift." I could see that Steve didn't run a tight ship, so I asked what is her name? She told me she didn't have to give it to me? Steve informed me her name was Holly or Haley. She had coved her name tag so that I couldn't see it to pass her behavior on to district management. I believe in respecting every single individual regardless of title. I give the janitor the same respect as I give the CEO of major corporations. I go out of my way to do the best job in public relations each day I appear in public. It's my job. I have helped individuals who worked in those establishments dump 20 45 gallons of trash by myself in my good suit because I've seen them struggling by themselves. I'm talking the nastiest trash imaginable. That's just the type of person I am. So to have been treated less than the trash I've seen get better treatment and respect than I was shown by Holley was seriously a low point in my day. The manager Steve H. was very helpful. I can understand what he had to deal with. A young lady who is also a cashier there named Taylor B. we're absolutely angels. I want to thank them for being so professional in the mist of what was transpiring. I even apologized to Steve and Taylor for having had been upset which I was told I didn't have to apologize. Been here a couple times already, it's not a bad stop, they always have parking but you sit on a hill if you back in pretty uncomfortable, this time I stopped for a 30 minute break and decided to get a shower, almost the worst shower I've been in since being on the road, the only thing in the bathroom that was clean was the towels, their was piss on the toilet, the floor is dirty, and so was the shower floor, and they have a house shower head on number 1 shower that pretty much has no water pressure, they should fire the lazy person who cleans them, other than that not a bad stop read more
