He has been using this bank for years. Never again. I told him it had a terrible rating on Yelp already! He's not the only one who has had an issue apparently. DON'T USE THIS BANK! When I set up my husband's card, they decided it was fraud and shut down the card. All my payments that I had set up in there are bouncing. Thank goodness I never closed the account at our old bank. I ran back there. Now for the surprise. They made me leave $1 in the account or they would penalize me $26 for leaving after a week.I am not even banking with them anymore. I have charges from Publix and Walmart , and Walgreens that I never made, so they have me $33 overdrawn. I should have the $1 and change they made me keep in there. Stay away from them. They have no idea what they are doing. I will contact the proper regulating authorities next. I would have done better betting on a donkey.

In the fall, she reviews my health needs and advises on the best Medicare insurance to meet my needs. Recently, Beth has been helping me with a handyman problem. I had new windows installed in my kitchen. About a week after they were installed, I discovered that they didn't close right and the company ignored my request for them to fix it. Beth has sent letters to the BBB and the Attorney General. We're still waiting on the Attorney General. I live alone; I'm elderly and I am not as sharp as I used to be. Beth has been a real asset. I don't know what I would do without her.
