I'm not really sure how you rate this, but for what it is. It's pretty cool!
A very odd tourist attraction. The Pililla Wind Farm or Rizal Wind Farm is operated by Alternergy. These massive modern windmills are open for the public to see and take photos of. Alternergy also doesn't inforce any entrance fees, however, it seems locals have taken to asking for parking fees. So make sure you have a little cash for that and maybe even for a souvenir or two. You can also pay a few pesos and get access to a small area that gives you an even better view of all the windmills near the Pililla sign.
Be sure to bring a cardigan or something light as it's pretty windy and gets a little chilly, but overall isn't that bad. While it is an odd thing to visit and marvel at, it's still pretty interesting to get up close to one of the wind turbines. read more
