All questions are valid and help you and your team of doctors get the best care that's right for you. You have the right to refuse meds if you don't want them. It's all in your patient's bill of rights you sign upon arrival. The one thing that could have been improved on, was the communication of staff within themselves. I am lucky I'm not afraid to ask questions or question things. You must! it's your body and you should know what's being administered and why. Overall, this hospital was great. The ER experience was one of the worst I've ever had. Registration didn't even happen until 3 hours after we arrived, well into the visit. My son provided a urine sample that sat on a table the entire time and was never tested. While one nurse was a tad bit decent, the rest of the staff showed a shocking lack of professionalism and basic respect. Staff members (including security) were standing in the hallway laughing, having personal conversations, and at one point I heard someone ask a coworker, "Are you ready for your next victim?"--completely inappropriate in a medical setting. The cleanliness was unacceptable. I noticed red spots on the floor and brought it to a staff member's attention, concerned it was blood. I was told, "That's not blood, that's pizza sauce," and they walked away without addressing it. The bathrooms were in terrible condition! We saw urine on the floor, backed-up toilets, and even spider webs in the corners. The place smelled like old urine! There were patients in the hallway in beds because I guess they ran out of rooms? No privacy whatsoever!! It also felt like care was delayed due to a shift change--we were left waiting until the next staff came in rather than being properly attended to. Overall, the level of care was extremely poor, and my son's issue was never fully addressed. The most alarming part came after we left: I realized in addition to my sons discharge papers, I had been given another patient's discharge paperwork, including highly sensitive information like EKG and chest X-ray results, bloodwork, address, phone number, date of birth, medications, reason for his visit and medical history. I contacted risk management three times and never received a response. This experience was unacceptable from start to finish. I would not return here under any circumstances. Please, if you have a choice, go somewhere else.

Tried again later in the day and was put on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on. Finally was able to get ahold of someone the fifth try after being placed on hold for another 10 minutes, needless to say I will be finding another office that values their patients more and staffs their office appropriately.

I had an 8 am appointment and I was seen almost immediately after being checked in. The ultrasound technician who works with me was Rebecca - I believe. She was so incredibly patient with me and explained every step of the process. I was nervous and they made sure to ask me if I was okay, if I was comfortable and I really needed that that day! The facility was clean and the waiting room had coffee and tea for the patients who were waiting. There was also a tv, magazines and lockers to stow your belongings.

She was thorough with the initial consult and was very knowledgeable about travel medicine. After explaining that I had an upcoming trip to India and had bad experiences with food poisoning in the recent past to other destinations, she gave me prescriptions and advice. I also was able to confirm and update my vaccinations. Everything I needed was called into my local pharmacy and available for pick up. Their patient portal makes it easy to keep your medical records all in one place, although admittedly I had a problem finding the the tab to convert them to PDF and print them. My only complaint is that I found it annoying that I spent 5 minutes completing a patient questionnaire, only to be asked the same exact questions again in the exam room by the nurse. This is a waste of time and paper. I am glad that I finally found a local primary care physician who is nice, competent, and local. Hooray!

This was by far the worst experience I've had at an Urgent Care facility and quite possibly at a medical facility. The positive was that the check in process was smooth thanks to their technology. And that's the extent of the positive. The waiting area while large and open was riddled with tattered paper signs, business cards for realtors and all other types of unrelated paraphernalia. The rooms where you are seen were hands down dirty and you can see that in some of my pictures. The doctor was not professional and the best example I have is him literally POKING an area that I was in to have examined with his BARE FINGER without any warning, which in turn made me SWAT his finger away from me and scream OUCH because it hurt and also because he did NOT have on medical examination gloves! The woman on the phone said that they dont take cash. What!!! you dont take cash well your worker or co -worker took my freaking money!! they are Crooks!!
