Meet the Business Owner: Rebecca R.
rebecca's classes and sessions utilize the exercises created by joseph pilates in a contemporary context. while her work is rooted in the pilates tradition, she offers a unique combination of various self-massage techniques, a sprinkling of fundamental movement pattern exercises, breath work, and whispers of yoga. she hopes that through these classes, clients become more aware of how they move, feel better in their bodies, and of course, enjoy and have fun moving!
rebecca focuses on both a deep engagement of the core muscles and the breath to lengthen, strengthen and align the body. establishing and supporting correct body mechanics is her specialty as well as encouraging a clear mind-body connection. rebecca is known to combine a fun and relaxed atmosphere filled with challenging exercises.
