With an injury I started taking private lessons, already after 2 lessons I felt the impact on my shoulders (suffered from a frozen shoulder), and added group lessons after a couple of months to my schedule. Now I am addicted to Pilates and Bodyvita with an average of going 3 times a week, it completely changed my life style and it makes me feel great! Just try it out by taking an introduction package.
