Back in August of 2016 I replaced my roof with impact resistant roof shingles and sent the…read morecertificate to Josh, my insurance broker, to have my insurance premium adjusted. In April of 2017 I sent Josh an email about getting a chipped windshield replaced, and I asked about why the impact resistant shingle discount was not reflected on my policy. Josh addressed my questions about the chipped windshield but ignored the impact resistant discount question. I asked again and Josh said he submitted the paperwork and I should get confirmation from the insurance company. He also stated that he would follow up. Well I received no follow up to something that saving my about $600 a years. I switched insurance providers 2 weeks later to Longevity Insurance Brokers. This was not the only reason I switched...continue reading For the auto glass replacement, Josh recommend A+ Auto Glass and I had a terrible experience with them. The installer had to come out three times to due to a wind noise on my vehicle. The installer finally seal the whole window to the seal, suck to be the next replacement guy. This was the second bad experience I had from a company Josh recommended. The first was Core Contracts the company that performed the hail damage claim on my roof. After a major hail storm that ripped from my neighborhood, I ignored all the door knockers and call by insurance broker for a recommendation. Well Core can be summed up as a storm chaser company too. They did the minimum to get paid and moved on ASAP. They contracted all the work out including the roof, left the place a mess (nails every where) and had terrible customer service. Josh's inability to performed the job I hired him to do i.e. submit the paperwork for the impact resistant shingle or remove the medical coverage I asked you remove 2 times is the reason I am no longer I customer of Insurance Advisors. The fact that I had bad experience with the companies he recommended is bad luck. Add the two together and my perceived sluffing off of my emails and you get my review. I hope this helps paint a better picture of what you might be getting yourself into.
