I was sent a collection notice the day after Thanksgiving from this group. To do what I thought would be the right thing , I contacted R&R first to acknowledge the debt and let them know that someone would be handling it ASAP. This was done out of extreme caution and experience with debt collectors. It was the day after Thanksgiving, so I assumed the office may be closed, but I left a message anyway. For the next two weeks, i left at least ten messages, with each of them going to a different mailbox, after speaking to a receptionist each time to explain why I was calling. Did I receive a call back ever? No. Until I called back last week. A man seemed to know my name right off of the CALLER ID and told me "Mr. Stack, since we've received your Power Of Attorney from Palisade, we cnnot speak to you about your account". I even tried to ask why after all these weeks someone was finally addressing me by name without me getting sent to a voicemail, he brushed me off, very rudely, and repeated himself again. For a person like me, who owes the money, and was trying to do the right thing, to be treated like this , ignored and talked down to, I will tell anyone reading this review to avoid them at any cost. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and rude. I can only imagine if you don't have someone to advocate for you like I do, you'd definitely these true colors come at you from all sides.
